The staff at Tropic Bay Water Garden are so pleasant. Everything I need for my Koi pond is here. If they don't have something I need at the store the owner will order it. We bought all 12 of our Koi from this location.

This place is awesome! Huge selection of koi and the owner put a ton of work into the greenhouse! Truly impressed. I’ve been looking for a pond store since I moved to the DMV, this is definitely the best I’ve been to so far. Plus there’s a store cat.

Steve is so knowledgeable! He’s professionally friendly and appreciative of your business! I’ve been coming here for years to get water hyacinths as well as decorations for my pond and yard. Love this place! I bring my friends here for a mini field trips to see the turkeys, chickens, etc. Fun!!!!

Just Magical.
We were after an aquatic plant--which we found--along with Koi, ducks, and a turkey. Beautiful pots and other gifts.

I came in on Tuesday, I met the most helpful and wonderful young woman named Emily. She was kind and patient and assisted me with all of the water plants and even walked me through the koi fish that they have for sale as we talked about me starting a pond on my property. I definitely will be back to make definite purchases after working with my landscapers as she was so informative regarding the care and the beauty that these fish and plants will bring to my lovely garden. I cannot say enough good things about her. I would definitely call ahead to make sure Emily is there as she was incredible as I stated previously. I am so thankful for the time she dedicated to assist me and help give me the knowledge I need to move forward with this project. Looking forward to working with her in the future.

Fun place to stop by and see thousands of fish and fish supplies. Plus lots of outdoor accessories. We bought three gold fish, nice size, About 14 bucks.

Jennifer has been very helpful in helping plan my dream backyard sanctuary on my back townhouse property. I will include pictures as things develop. You can imagine a townhouse doesn’t have a lot to work with but when we are finished it will look like a mountain stream with waterfall!

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Tropic Bay Water Gardens today.
There was a large selection of fish, water features, pond supplies, plants, and adornments.
The owner Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when asking him about pond and koi advice. I don't know what everyone else's gripe is.
The female staff member that worked with us was also amazing. I wish I caught her name, but I will see her again at our next visit!
We went home with 2 beautiful butterfly koi and will certainly be back again.
