I have been having issues with my transmission so I reached out to the owner and was able to get my car in and checked out the same day. The technicians and office staff have been awesome. Rather than throwing money and parts at it hoping to get lucky, they have been working with me to ensure we properly diagnose the issue and explaining everything to me each step of the way. I like to wrench on my own vehicles but I know my limits and will be coming back here when repairs are above my pay grade.

Everyone here is so kind and accommodating. I had trouble with a vehicle as I was headed on vacation with my family. They arranged pick up and drop off to help me out tremendously. The trouble was the beginning of a transmission problem and they were honest about the outlook and next steps. Genuinely appreciate fair and honest communication and pricing. Customer for life.

I just moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new place to service my SUV. Saying they are service oriented is an understatement. From scheduling to picking up my car- they explained everything clearly. Very reasonable pricing and they even gave me a ride home when I dropped off and back to pick up. I wish every business had this level of service. I will be using themfor everything auto!

Recently took my truck in for
tranmission service due to a studder around 40 mph. They diagnosed the truck and it came back with no codes. They told me it was the plugs and wires. I trusted them and told them to go ahead and change them. They did the work and it had no change to the studder. They offered a fuel treatment I said no thank you that this was something I could do myself. Today I took the truck to the dealer and low and behold it was the torque converter. Wow. This used to be a great place to take a car but now the seem like they are just guessing. Almost 900 dollars for spark plugs and wires. This isn't the Bobby's I used to know. I would take my car elsewhere. They seem to guess alot

For my birthday and right before we had to head out of town, my car decided to die and I needed a new alternator. Based on many recommendations, I brought it to Bobby’s Garage. I was initially stunned by the cost and asked for a breakdown which they immediately provided.
my car is satisfied with the work received and brought us safely to Massanutten Resort! The shop also gave me $75 off work done as a new customer.
I am glad that we got this fixed because on my way back home from our trip, my daughter and her friend wrecked my daughters car. Since my daughter goes to school in Salisbury University, she just took my car with her and I feel very confident that she will be safe with the car due to the work that Bobby’s Garage did.
Additionally, Tasha, the owner provided me with a few resources for my daughters car to get picked up and scrapped since I didn't have collision on her car it is a complete loss- so any bit helps.
I would recommend Bobby’s Garage to future customers

I also learned from the owner that they do offer loaners while the work is getting done. They aren’t the cheapest in town, however, they stand by their work and do a great job!
