Extremely disappointed in my agent, Garrett - I’ve had billing issues over the last couple months after switching my bank account and each time has taken approximately 20 phone calls to even get hold of anyone. Not once have I been contacted back by Garrett and only once has anyone ever called me back. I had to call the main office at Nationwide in order to even get someone who was in office to help me. Thank goodness Charlie was able to resolve my billing right away. However, it shouldn’t take this much effort just to get hold of someone. I’ll be switching over to a different agent - the lack of communication is ridiculous!

Couldn't be happier with the services I've been provided. My agent made the process of purchasing new homeowners insurance a breeze, tied everything together with our vehicles, and manged to find us better premiums along the way. Never takes long to hear back whenever we have questions or concerns related to our policies. Would recommend to anyone currently looking for a new agency, or just looking for a change of pace!

Could not get my monthly payments to automatically hit my checking account. I constantly received late payment notices. After months of problems, I cancelled my insurance and changed to a different provider. Still receiving balance due notices even after contacting the insurance company. And now received a notification from a credit collection agency for coverage that was canceled 6 months ago. I cannot recommend Knippenburg.

Very friendly service. Very helpful. Works hard to get the answers you're looking for without pushing it off to the next person. Was there for me when I was stranded and the police were no help at all.
