Actual rating would be below 0. Never return calls have been trying to get information about making a claim for over a month and has never gotten back to us the entire office keeps giving g us the run around. Drove to the office to speak to someone in person during office hours. Website stated office was open and door was locked. Door started that office should be open as well. No mention of why the door was locked or why the office was closed. Allstate is a joke. We had them for 36 years without making a claim and they raised our rates very single year beginning about 10 years ago for no reason until our rate had doubled. Now they wont even cover our ceiling damage or even talk to us about it.

The service from this office has deteriorated significantly in the past years. Responses to queries can take days, even weeks. And Ms. Alston doesn’t respond even when specifically asked to. I’m relieved I’ve found a new, more responsive Agent to work with.

Can't ever reach my agent by phone. I guess her highness is too busy to acknowledge her paying customers these days. You know, the ones who pay her salary?
