“We were in the market for a new bed, as our king mattress with foam topper was over 20 years old, and I now find I need to elevate my legs on flat beds to prevent lower back pain. We knew we wanted an adjustable bed frame, but wanted to try it out in real life before purchasing online through a warehouse club, which was the original plan. But when we got to the store, Jayson was so knowledgeable, and gave us such a good price on the selected frame / mattress combo that we decided there was no point in looking elsewhere! Plus we scheduled a white glove delivery for setup and removal of old mattress, scheduled for 3 days from purchase! That hasn't happened yet, but the purchase experience was excellent!”
“Scott was patient and let us browse on our own. He was knowledgeable about the different types of recliners and knew the model name of each one without having to check the tags. The delivery date was set a few days after purchase and Oscar and Joaguin were polite and patient while we checked out our chair. “Me and my fiancé with our two year old visited SleepNumber and were greeted by DaQuan. He was very approachable and didn’t try to sell us anything while providing us with a great experience! I was so impressed! He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through everything since it was our first time. We also didn’t feel rushed at any point while we were there. To be honest I was worried it was going to be like when a person goes to a car dealership to buy a car….arrive for one thing, they try to sell you something you don’t want and way outside of your budget and you’re there all day. Our experience at SleepNumber was definitely not that. My 2 year old even spent some time playing with the available toys. Definitely would recommend the store and DaQuan. The bed is also great as well, it took some getting used to but having the ability to control your comfort level especially on those achy back days is a huge plus in my book.”
“Affordable Outdoor Kitchens (AOK) is absolutely A-okay, and then some!!! I was in the market to replace my 13-year-old freestanding Weber Genesis grill – which I keep replacing every decade or so. It was finally time to buy my forever grill with a lifetime warranty, so I started searching online for higher end grills. I read many reviews, watched several YouTube videos, and developed a short list of grills to explore. Leading my list was Alfresco, Blaze, Twin Eagles and Hestan. I went to the dealer locator on each grill website and Affordable Outdoor Kitchens popped up as my local dealer for each. One stop shopping with an excellent selection of freestanding high-end grills! Located in the next town over, I never knew it existed. Here was a unique outdoor living store 20 minutes away where I could evaluate all the grills of interest. I was initially greeted by Brent during my first visit who showed me my grills of interest and features to consider. On my second visit to the AOK showroom, I met the owners Karen and Kevin. I learned this was a family-owned small business employing sons Chris, Brent, and Brian whom I had the pleasure of meeting at one time or another. Karen and Kevin provided an honest no-pressure review of each grill which was extremely helpful in my selection decision. After much research, evaluation, and consideration, I settled on Twin Eagles - Eagle One. Kevin offered a very reasonable, military friendly deal. The Eagle One eventually landed on my back deck delivered and installed by Chris and his crew of John and Zack. Chris demonstrated Eagle One and even polished it with Sheila Shine which was a nice finishing touch.
It is very refreshing today to see a family working together in a small business selling great outdoor living products and providing excellent customer service. If you are in the market for a new high-end built-in or freestanding grill, do yourself a favor and stop by AOK and check them out. They are honest brokers, have an excellent selection and you will be impressed! I highly recommend them.”
“Bravo to this establishment and their work! I had a chair that needed some TLC. The backstory to this chair is that it’s about 49 years old. My mom gave me the chair and it recently traveled from Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts to Maryland. At some point in the 49 years, my younger sister poked at the mesh wood when she was a kid (she too is 49) as did my daughter (over 28 years ago). This resulted in gaping holes and just a tragic mess. I sent pictures of the damage and there was hope, it could be saved. I was so satisfied with the final product. Dwayne is gifted and he’s a master of his craft. Dwayne is also professional and he has a magnificent personality. We loved his two dogs too. They were wicked cute”

“This garden shop has everything you could need to make your home beautiful inside and out. So many cute garden items, pots, planters, seeds, garden decor, bulbs, and indoor and outdoor plants. If you're a plant lover, this is your place. There was a class going on about raising chickens while we were there. It's also pet friendly!
Next door is Rise up coffee, grab a coffee and start your shopping. A friend and I browsed for some funky plant decor and air plants. They also have cute Maryland themed decor and gifts, coastal decor, and pet items.”
