The clerk here is very kind and very helpful.
They are complete in helping people, they know what they are doing, they know what customer exactly need, and willing to take their extra time to help. And they are kind.
Recently, they helped me to search something, that matter is not even required for them to do. And they send the some legal mail, in the form of exactly what is needed.
I really appreciate them -both of the clerk here.

The most helpful and friendliest staff! Went there twice, first for our kids passports and then for our own and the office staff were incredible with the whole process both times, despite our toddlers being cranky. Highly recommend this office!

This particular USPS is 5 stars all the way around. Ms. Harper you rock!! You are so wonderfully pleasant and kind. Mr. Kobi, I can't leave you out. You are 5 stars all the way around with good humor. I live in Williamsburg VA and am visiting my Best Friend in Columbia MD. It's nice to see great hospitality outside of VA.

By far the best post office in Columbia. I have been going there for 33 years. The postmaster Arlene is nothing short of amazing as his her staff.

As a small business owner, I visit the post office frequently for my mailing and shipping needs. The employees here are so kind. There is a guy (i don't know his name)who is friendly and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks to his help, I saved time and felt confident and informed about my shipment

This is by far the best Post Office in Maryland! Friendly, clean, efficient… they should be a banner location on how a Post office should be. I rarely write any reviews, but when you find yourself driving past a different location, just to go to the place where they do it right, you have to speak up. Thanks for your great service!

I go to this post office because Ms. Harper & Kobi provide the best service! They always let me know what's the best way to ship my packages, let me know about upcoming price hikes in postage, etc., and they do this all with a smile!
