Great place to get good deals.
That said, the bathrooms always smell (you can smell the from the aisles next to the hallway that leads to the bathrooms) and certain employees are deceitful about trying to sign you up for their credit card. I had a woman with a very thick accent ask if I wanted to sign up for a "Store Card" to earn "rewards points" when I shop there.
The way she phrased it made it sound like a Giant/Weiss member card. Then she got frustrated at me when I realized she was signing me up for a credit card and I asked her to stop. Honestly I can deal with smelly bathrooms but I don't like cashiers who try and trick me into a credit card. If it wasn't for her my receipt would be 5 stars.

terrible customer service. both the cashier and manager were rude. the company lost out on the money I would have spent. will never shop at this location again.

Very poor customer service! Unbelievable, cashiers and managers need to be trained about customer service at Costco. They don’t provide any help, no smile, no discount, no military discount, no bag, and the stand close to you while you are looking for a good perfume, there was an open bottle on the shelf and the only one does smell good and they don’t want to provide any discount, unbelievable! No happy at all with their customer service. I spent over $800 in last two days, and they still charge you cents for a bag! I will not return to store located in Columbia Circ.

The fitting rooms are really dirty, it’s disgusting to be there for trying on clothes. The store in general has a good selection but the issue with fitting rooms cleanliness needs to be fixed.

Had a terrible experience of customer service at this location. Went in to make a return and all I received was terrible customer service. Was spoken to very condescendingly and was treated as a child which I’m not. I stayed respectful throughout my interaction with the cashier and a coordinator that they called over. But they seem angry towards me for making a return. (There wasn’t even a line behind me. I was the only customer there at that time.)

We were put pressure by an associate To apply for the TJ Maxx card. We were under intense, harassment and pressure, by a sales associate, attempting to force us to apply for credit card in order to check out. We informed them that we did not think we would qualify and we did not want to waste time unless we would get some kind of discount, even if it did not go through. Despite it not going through, the associate not only wasted our time, but failed to provide any kind of discount to compensate us for our time. It seems like they are trying to incentivize our sales associates to get people on credit cards to make some kind of bonus at the expense our time.

Only try TJ for the second time, pretty nice store. Grab a couple things for our new granddaughter. Only downfall was 5 registers open but only 2 cashiers taking customers with a long line.
