Eric is fantastic, he already knows what I'm capable of and what I cannot do....he always offers me alternative exercises! But he still pushes me(wink). His workouts are a beast and I love it. The entire staff are outstanding and you don't have to ask for assistance....it is offered.

We have been trying to cancel my daughter’s $139 monthly membership. She called on the phone in May — nothing happened. Last month personally went in to cancel. When asked about May’s request — They couldn’t find a record of it — For August, Too late for current billing cycle — ok fine. Assured membership would be canceled and not billed for September — guess what??!!

This place has had a profound impact on my wellness and life in general! LOVE the variety in workouts and such an amazing stress reliever as well as way to start the day with lots of energy! Shoutout to Victor and Eric who are just AMAZING and always mix up the workouts to keep them fresh and so that you never know what's next! I also love that there are TITLE locations all over the country since I travel a lot-- I have been able to workout in every city I've had a conference in! While all of those clubs have been great, nothing beats my home club TITLE in Columbia! Don't walk, RUN to start your membership.

Victor is such a wonderful trainer for my 13 year old! My so wanted something that was interactive and fun, and I wanted something challenging but also safe. This aerobic / non-contact workout was exactly what we were hoping for!
