Ta Ronda was amazing. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store even though she was attending to other clients. When the moment was right, she asked me if I’m looking for anything particular and I was. I showed her what I was looking for and though they were not at the displays, she was able to find it for me. She gladly offered to wrap it knowing that I will give it as a gift. While she was waiting for me to complete my store registration, she found a second piece which matched more on what I was after and she gladly re-wrapped everything for me. I’m very happy with the attention that Ta Ronda has provided and I will highly recommend the store to anyone looking for a special gift. Thank you!

I recently purchased a Swarovski necklace, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Despite regular use, the necklace has maintained its brilliance, proving its durability. I visited this location at approximately 2:30 pm on 2/25/24. I ama regular visitor at this location and usually have an excellent experience. A young gentleman with dark brown hair assisted me with a purchase a few weeks ago and was very kind and helpful! He was working again today, but when I walked in with my fiancé, I was expecting to be assisted by a woman with dreadlocks, who I think may have been a manager. She greeted us, and immediately told the young gentleman “It’s your turn,”which felt very unprofessional as someone who has worked in management and customer service. I did not have a receipt for my purchase, but did have the bank statement, which is acceptable for exchanges per the company website. The young gentleman requested assistance with processing the exchange, and the woman informed him that me having the bank statement “has nothing to do with us” multiple times, without acknowledging me directly. The gentleman pulled up the transaction in my account history verifying the purchase, however she told him to process the exchange as one without proof of payment. She also asked if he had inspected the item I returned; I felt as if she was belittling him and like she was looking for a reason to not accept my exchange for an item of the same value. Ultimately the exchange was accepted but I definitely felt uncomfortable with the interaction and not treated as a valued customer, based on my experience today. Kudos to the young man for doing his best and staying positive and professional!

Visited this store on Monday and the manager Laporcia was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable as she stood DIRECTLY behind me. I would not recommend visiting this store as it ruined the experience for me. My previous experience was great but it seems they have new management. I recommend going else where!
