I am a long time customer and husband with ( his own) account specifically to purchase items for my bride ( a woman ), so that the store will not send her an email everytime I buy her a gift, making my presenting her with surprise gift a success. The styles and variety of clothing including but not limited to intimates are plentiful. If they are not in the store I ALWAYS have the option where they will order it and have it mailed to my home. Excellent customer service. Thank you Lane Bryant ( specifically the Columbia Md office miss Naomi ).

I had a great experience. Mackenzie was the one of the best reps that I ever experienced. She was just plain helpful and kind. Not much of that anymore.

Went to pick up our online order today. Store was closed, not picking up the phone. My guess is they close up soon. Still trying to get a hold of someone to get my order. What a joke.

Showed up to pick up an order at 11:20 am on a Saturday, and the store was closed! Hours in my email confirmation and those posted on the door say it opens at 10 am.... so frustrating!
