My second trip in a row here where the glasses came back from the lab incorrect. Both times after lengthy waits. Both times the defect was in the edge polish which costs extra. The first time the office staff forgot to order the correct one. The second time the edge polish was botched and not caught by any kind of Quality Assurance check. My guess is they send these to a lab in China or overseas where the quality is not very good. I wonder how many rejects they have to deal with.

That was my second time at an eye doctor. The first was some ten(10) years ago. At Eagle Eye, the spent quality time checking my eyes over and over and over,. Unlike the other one whose consultation was like that of Motor Vehicle Admin checking one's eye sight. Eagle Eye has time for their patients.

Eagle Eye Care has the most friendly staff. They offer a wide selection of good quality frames and take the time to help you find a flattering pair. I recommend Dr Sirotkin and this practice. They provide excellent eye care for kids and adults.

I would not go anywhere else! Dr Sirotkin and the whole staff are very knowledgeable, thorough, competent and kind! They always answer questions, take walk in repairs and adjustments. I always look forward to my appointments at Eagle Eye Care. These folks aren't just superb specialists, they are amazing people. I always feel like I'm among very caring friends!
