I was searching for a fitness program for my son who is on the spectrum. When I reached out to Cove, Brian was very helpful and supportive in trying to find something that would fit my son's needs. I feel he went above and beyond in trying to help us; this especially helpful and hopeful during a tough spot in my life. I am forever grateful for his support. He connected us with Tracy, one of the adaptive athlete and kid's program coaches, who is a true gem. Patient, flexible, so supportive and encouraging. I am in awe of this team! I also tried several of their adult classes, which I was impressed by. Coach Jamie was so kind and inclusive, for someone who was new to the program. They make you feel very welcome and supported. I am so thankful we found the Cove!

The cove is my 2nd home. The most awaited moment of the day. Cove is the definition of community and development. From the moment you walk in you feel such a good energy from everyone starting from the owners to the coaches, to even your peers picking you up when you feel you’re struggling in a specific area. No ego, no selfishness.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! From the moment you step foot inside the gym, you are greeted with kindness, encouragement and all around good vibes. The coaches are committed to providing the class with a safe environment to be vulnerable and give each member ample attention. The establishment itself is always clean and organized. If you’ve ever been to a gym that doesn’t value either of these, you know why I’m pointing it out. Will continue to come back and be a part of the Cove Family.

Loved this gym, one of the toughest parts of moving was having to leave this AWESOME gym. The coaches are thorough, attentive, and encouraging. I was challenged and grew so much; this is the gym you've been looking for.

CrossFit cove is a home, an amazing support system and a excellent outlet for following my desire to be healthy and strong. I am so glad I found this place and would recommend it to anyone! It has always been intimidating to start at a gym but Bryan and the team made me feel right at home and I just kept coming back!

Hands down to the best gym!I have no words to describe how amazing Cove is. I was very skeptical about CrossFit since I had no background, but everyone there is very supportive and there is no such thing as big egos. Doesn’t matter your age or abilities everyone will always support you and the coaches will give you scale options according to your fitness level.Owners are very friendly and approachable always open to help.I am moving to FL and my biggest loss will be leaving Cove :( #noplacelikecoveThank you for the amazing years!

Was in town for work and dropped in to the 5:45am class. Welcoming atmosphere and a great space with plenty of room. The coach was enthusiastic and down to earth. Will definitely be coming back if I am ever in the area again!

Great gym and friendly coaches. They've got all you need to get a good workout during the class. They were cool with open gym after the class too, just talk with the coaches.

I can't say enough great things about CrossFit Cove! From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I had found a second home. This place is more than just a gym; it's a community that feels like family.The owners Marina and Brian are absolutely phenomenal. They are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to helping each and every member achieve their fitness goals. They create a welcoming and supportive environment that motivates you to push beyond your limits. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, they take the time to provide personalized guidance and ensure you're performing exercises safely and effectively.My family been a part of this amazing community for about 7-8 years now and we are going to miss it as we are moving.If you're looking for a place where you can truly thrive and be part of a tight-knit community, Crossfit Cove is the place to be. This has been my Crossfit gym for about 4 years and sad to leave as I'm moving out of state. When I came in as a newbie, everyone was welcoming and very helpful... and throughout my time here, that never ceased. Not only are the owners and coaches exceptionally supportive, the members are as well. I have made solid connections and absolutely consider the Cove my family... they will be missed! If you're considering giving the Cove a try, do it! There's no place like Cove!

GO TO THIS GYM! Of all the Crossfit boxes I have been to, this one was the most instantly welcoming. The facility is incredible, the workouts are fire, and the community is so friendly. HIGHLY recommend!
