This place was NOT a good look. The store was full of associates who were inconsiderate about navigating around me when I had my hands full of clothing. They could have easily gone down another row (they were short- think portable clothing rack) but instead found it better to squeeze past me. There were PLENTY of staff on the floor - only one even engaged me and only two were at the register. Some were connecting to customers but most were talking to each other. It’s clear folks come to work to play as opposed to customer service. It took over 30 minutes in line and as I was reaching to a bag stuck on a rack to my right (never leaving - leaning over) the rudest woman cut in front of me and the associate took her. In the era of online shopping this caliber of service is unacceptable. Shout out to Kayla who actually helped me in the floor and in the dressing room. If not for her I would’ve left when I saw the line. Sadly it was another staff member that made that decision for me.

Bobby was great at helping me find something to wear for my niece sweet 16. I came in defeated because I recently broke a bone in my ankle and am in a cast. I wasn’t able to wear the dress I had originally planned without heels. Bobby helped me find something perfect for the event in a very positive and friendly manner. I left excited to wear my new outfit.

Every single staff member is top of the line the very best! Clothes, shoes, accessories...I don't think I will purchase from any other store again!

Poor customer service in response to a mistake on their end. I'd suggest the team work on guest experience and how to better rectify issues.

Such a wide variety of styles! Prices varied widely and there was something for all budgets. Lauren was very helpful and kind and many others offered to help! A new favorite store of mine!

A large variety of clothing. Very trendy. I went there to check out the jewelry. A bit disappointed. I visited an Akira in Columbus, OH and found the selection there to be more interesting.

I have always LOVED THIS STORE online Before they ever had locations! Great idea but im sad it's no longer a lil secret spot!U love the fashion the items.They are always helpful and nice. At Columbia Mall location.If you go Ask for Brandi!! She is my go to girl and we have build a great customer/client relationship!

Extremely disappointed that their prices did not match their online store.. I found a jacket on sale on their website, went into the physical store to purchase it and they tried to charge me twice the price. I even showed the sale price online on their webpage and they didn’t honor it. Just Buy online, don’t waste your time/money here. Never came across a clothing store that can’t price match their “own” merchandise it’s laughable. $40 online but $80 in person smh
