I'll say it, we all have a certain expectation when it comes to the post office. However, this was a revelation. The gentleman behind the counter couldn't have been more courteous and efficient in helping me, Even after I made a mistake. If you need to do any in person postal business, this is the place.

Customer Service is terrible and I don’t think they care. You ring the bell and nothing, you just wait. Didnt even acknowledge I was there, Very frustrating. use the one is Rising Sun, MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!

Hands down the worst post office in the US. The old lady behind the desk is incredibly slow and rude. You can hear her humming in the back or running her mouth on her phone for 10 minutes before she comes out to the front. If I make a return my package will sit in the Dropbox for a few days before it finally gets shipped... read full comment
