I was seen for the first time by a Dr. I had never seen before and the attention was so great. I interacted with him like if he was my Dr for years. Sad don’t remember his name.

Excellent experience! I love the fact there was so much uninterrupted attention given to me. And, I felt valued and heard. No awkward language barriers, I felt totally at ease.Also,for the first time in years there is an actual plan of action with regards to my health and wellness. And,best of all,my Doctor is a DO! I wasn't able to be adjusted that day due to my sinus issues but he has actually hours set aside every month for them! I'm thrilled!

Dr. Rubio has been great with my elderly mother. She is caring, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my mother's needs. We trust her greatly. A plus is that she speaks Spanish so my mother can express herself without relying on me.My only issue with the office is that it can be challenging making future appointments since the appointment calendar only comes out 1 month ahead.

EDIT: I had five starts before, because "It was fast, it was clean, and everyone was very attentive". I changed it to zero starts now because they called me to schedule a follow allegedly requested by my primary doctor, and changed my attending physician for the appointment without notice. In walked a doctor I haven't seen before. I informed him I was there for a follow up, he asked ME what the follow up was about. After I told him a few of the issues, he spent with me less than 8 minutes, and walked out to see if we could get labs done (pending in the follow up). After the labs he never returned to the room. After I saw in the clinical notes my previous primary left, I saw very specific notes for the follow up. He had not checked the notes for the appointment, and did not order the necessary labs. The appointment was a waste of my time and my money as he did absolutely nothing for me, ordered the wrong labs, and charged my insurance. I have submitted complains and have not been contacted back. The facility has not explained why they changed my provider.Nurses and administrative staff where still nice and attentive. They were also puzzled by his behavior. Still the facility gets zero stars because they have done nothing to correct this.

Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff members. Waited 3 months to be seen, filled out paperwork provided all documentation and medical information prior to visit just to get here and deal with nonsense. When entered the facility staff was deeply immersed in conversations amongst themselves and on their cell phones and didn’t acknowledge me. I had to wait until they conversation amongst each other to be acknowledged and I had to ask them if I needed to fill out any additional paperwork. The intake nurse took me into a dirty room. She did not sanitize any part of the room or change the bedding. She just pulled a white sheet back and took the dirty pillow and placed it on top. The room in the facility was not clean and unkempt. While in the middle of the visit after explaining to several different staff members that I was here for a wellness visit and already had a PCP (the same thing I explained to the front desk when I made the appointment with them 3 MONTHS AGO) they came in with a form I apparently was supposed to have been given at check in by the front desk staff with one of the staff members who was sitting at the front desk on her phone when I initially entered the facility. When I was trying to speak the front desk rep/biller with neck braids kept cutting me off, speaking over me and yelling over me ever time I tried to speak. I had to ask her if I could speak without her interjecting and she didn’t allow that at all. Every time I spoke a few words she would interrupt and kept speaking over me. She was so unprofessional the doctor had to interject in the middle of our exchange and ask her to step out of the room. I was there for a hour and a half before they determined amongst themselves that I couldn’t be seen although they take my insurance. The senior doctor didn’t come in to issue an apology nothing. Just disrespect and a complete disregard for patients and people’s time. I’m grossly disturbed and frustrated that I took my day off of work and school to deal with this facility and their incompetence. Never again. The location is not run by professionals go elsewhere. The staff needs to be retrained promptly and staffed with people who are actually versed in their line of work, and who know how to conduct themselves like adults when at work or dealing with patients. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I really appreciated the ease of the check in process, and the friendliness of the staff. The nurse who took my vitals actually took the time to ask me why I was coming in, and when I said it was to establish care/establish new primary care doctor, she said “well we’re glad to have you!” That was honestly so nice.Dr. Solario is wonderful. She took her time to review my charts before I came in and walked through records and questions when I was sitting with her. Plus, it’s really wonderful to have a Latina doctor ? I’m looking forward to having her as my primary.

Not easy to get an appointment. Tried to do it through the portal but had no idea whether or not it went through so called the clinic five days later to check at 10:50 am. My call rang through to a recorded message saying that they are "currently closed for lunch" at 10:50 am?... The hours of operation are listed as 8am - 4:30pm with a lunch hour of 11:30-12:30! Maybe they're short-staffed and hangry!
