This Truist is the biggest disappointment, the ATM in the drive-through is always broken or doesn't have money. Truist shut down this location and save yourself money!

Associate had to call Truist's phone banking line for a basic issue bc they didn't know how to use the system to resolve it. I came in for help from the branch, at the suggestion of the person on the phone the previous day, while out of town bc I wasn't able to move forward using the phone banking system to resolve my issue, so this was a waste of time for me.

This branch Manager and Associate have no knowledge about banking. I made an appointment at 2pm and went 10 minutes earlier and there were no line or people, the lady on the desk just went behind after telling me to wait and came back after my scheduled appointment. She then tell me I cannot open business checking account, because my LLC is foreign in the Maryland. But Mr. Patrick from Truist made a profile for me online a day earlier, so it will be easier for me, still this lady did not let me open a business account. My LLC business is 11 years old business and I have been doing real estate business in Maryland as foreign company for 4 years and I have an account with Bank for America for a long time. The Employees of this location at 5600 Greenbelt Rd, College Park, MD are very unprofessional and don't know anything about Banking. Because of them, Truist lost a customer like me. Who hired these people. such unprofessional and uncourteous people.

Worst Truist/Suntrust location to come to. Always some issue and understaffed. Takes my whole hour lunch break to get a transaction done. Choose a different bank and save yourself many headaches.

Every Friday I go to this branch in the morning always a big line always short in staff and very unhelpful staff and manager I always complain and they always say they have more people coming but that does not help customers who come at 9 does it?
