I requested a phone screen repair Dec 21st , 2021 and paid half the cost to order my screen and the repair. I have not heard back still . It is January 10th. I have gone to their store which has been closed , called , and emailed. No response. I don't know if they have gone out of business or what . Avoid at all cost.

They are soo amazing at their job! And with fast service! Had batteries changed for my old iphone Xr and iphone X by Trishana, she did an amazing job on the phones within a day and by the next day my phones were as good as new! Now the batteries last the whole day without needing any recharge:)

Trishana answered my call and fixed my phone and the service was amazing!! I called at 12:30 came at 2 and my phone was done by 2:20! It was quick, easy, and I am so happy I found this place. I will definitely be coming back if needed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They broke my perfectly working phone and then blamed it on me. I waited for hours only to be told "just 15 more minutes". When I Finally received my phone back hours later, the home button stopped working and they just shrugged their shoulders and told me to hit the refund button on Groupon. I couldn't access anything in my phone and it was in working order before they touched it. They told me I broke something on the inside which is a TOTAL lie. It worked fine before. I should have just used my broken screen instead of bringing it to this god awful place. I then had to go and purchase a brand new phone. An absolute mess! Avoid this place at all costs. I hope this review can help someone else. I was fooled by all of the good google and Groupon reviews. I am not convinced they are fake after my own personal experience.

I was sent an email earlier in the week telling me they were closed this Monday so I should reschedule and appointment but I also got an email saying my appointment was for Wednesday which I thought was correct. Then on Wednesday i got another email confirming my appointment for later that day but after walking all the way there the door was locked and I knocked but no one answered. I called the number they provided me and it said it did not exist so I left and still have a broken screen.

So glad I found this place! The service was fast and cheap, my 2 favorite things! Trish did an excellent job in repairing my phone, as well as explaining some of the problems it had. AND they fix computer screens too?! I will definitely be back (when I inevitably crack my phone again ?)5/5!

Carlos was really helpful! Gave a student discount and replaced my screen quickly. Screen protector installation also went well, no dust under. Would recommend.
