“I needed some suspension work done on my 2007 BMW X5 and my brother in-law who owned BMWs for many years recommended Einstein's. They did a great job, at a reasonable price, and were pretty fast. Communication was great as they were prompt with providing recommended service and status updates. I also appreciated that they were honest about services that were worth doing and those that were not worth doing (based on the age of the car). Finding a BMW repair shop that you can trust is very important because these cars become money pits the older they get. Having a shop that will look you in the eye and tell you that something is not worth the money is important for me. The guys that work there are really nice and knowledgeable. If you have an older BMW I would definitely recommend them!”

“I called for same day service for an oil change, and I did not mention that I had a bad tire sensor when I called. I arrived and Mr. Jung immediately started looking at my car. I then told him that I had a bad tire sensor. He quoted the price to fix/replace the tire sensor and it was exactly the price I was told I may have to pay at the tire shop. He also changed the air filter, after showing it to me. The oil change and air filter replacement cost me no more than at the standard oil change shops. He also advised me on how to keep my car running well to avoid more costly repairs. I would highly recommend them. I will continue to have them service my car, as needed.”
“Henry and General Auto Body are excellent!!! After a quick estimate, a few days later I dropped off the car on a Thursday and it was ready on Saturday morning. Another car backed into my Mazda and crushed the front plastic/rubber under the left headlight. Henry molded it back into shape, sanded and re-painted. The color match on the 9 year old car was PERFECT. They also fixed a crushed section of my old Saturn a decade ago and again , was a perfect job. BTW -- I always give a cash tip for great work. The technician did a free of charge inspection and told me there is nothing wrong with the brakes. “I(Don), called this shop on 9/25 because my lawn mower wasn't working. I told them I thought it was my gas line and cables. I was told to bring it in to your shop and within 15 minutes he was able to diagnose and fix my lawn mower. He changed my cable, and even replaced my filter and missing bolts. I was very happy with the price i was charged and the excellent service I recieved. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.”

I happened to arrive at a time when multiple mechanics were available to work on my car. Still took 2.5 hours but there was a quaint waiting room and a 7-11 across the street for snacks.”

“Follow up Hyundai service since purchased in Oct 2023 at College Park. 23,000 on clock taking this Kona SEL AWD for two big trips across to Grand Teton, Yellowstone NPS and many parks off road handling too, imprest great road handling in mountainous tracking, the Kona handles sandy beaches with ease in tracking.. Amazingly handled wet and heavy stoney areas in low gear movements. This Kona SEL AWD did surprise me in performance and to keep it clean the car does get professional detailing to shine bright and looks new again, after each adventure. Maintenance at College Park Hyundai is excellent with service manager David running a good ship. Yesterday's service started with Christian listening to my needs. Checks and balances went ahead with oil change , air cabin filter replacement, and wheel rotation with alignment. Great service. I hear customers online grumble sometimes that Hyundai's sales pitch of 36,000 free service on new vehicles! On my first service last year the manager David did explain this meant four free services and you may designate and choose those times to use the free service in the 36,000 miles. So the follow up for me was appreciated. But I just used the free servicing in succession, so this time I did pay for this latest service, being around $478.00. It was a fair market value for work completed, not outstandingly cheaper than any other service center. Staff very courteous and I noticed a of couple oil smudges on more drivers door after the car was handed to me by staff on completion. I brought reference to that oversight, which caused a flurry of work staff polishing the car as if to tell me "we care about your little Hyundai Crossover vehicle". Always safety first and reliable maintenance is the message I get from this Hyundai team, thank you.”
