Best selection in the area, for pretty much everything. I always go here first when I'm looking for something new.
Friendly staff, but I don't think they know much about whiskey, because I've never had anyone try to talk to me while I'm browsing.

We've been regular customers for probably 15 years. Couldn't ask for better or more attentive service! The staff is personable, knowledgeable and helpful.
And their selection of beers and alcohol is top notch.

This place has a great selection of a lot of stuff,but especially bourbon. I make sure to stop in anytime I am in the area. They have a lot of barrel picks and you may just find something rare on the shelf at (or near) MSRP. Will keep returning.

I called Shawan Liquors from California to purchase gifts for my son's birthday who lives in Sparks Maryland. My Son told me he frequents there as they have a wonderful selection of wine and liquor. The employee that answered the phone was very gracious knew who my son was because of his Star Wars conversations and immediately was able to make recommendations that she knew he would like. I purchased beer and a wine she knew he liked. When I told her it was for his birthday, she made a ribbon out of paper and gave it a celebratory look. The wine she put in the wine bag with a little card that said from mom. She was awesome! She called him and told him she had an order in for him. He had an ordered anything and was a little confused, but did go by to pick up his gifts. great customer service, professional and knowledgeable about wines, and certainly a great place to get good service and good products. Thank you so much.
