Everyone was very nice and showed my baby All kinds of love. She was just there for her vaccines. They asked me questions and seemed to be interested and cared about my girl. Made us feel very welcomed, as usual. How everyone seemed to care, Dr's, front desk, and everyone there and was very nice.

Everyone was kind, helpful, thorough. I liked that everyone, including the vetrinarian was understanding of Axl's anxiety.

Just want to point out that Dr. Pondish was great. However, some of the vet techs and front desk administration were rude/arrogant. I called asking to be squeezed in since my dog was screaming while going to the bathroom. They proceeded to ask if I knew the diagnosis…I’m not a vet. They then said that a tech could check him since no doctors were available. Once I got there the tech said that she could not legally check him or provide a diagnosis. Waste of my time! Then the fr

I can't give this veterinarian office enough stars. I was greeted friendly when I first arrived and then noticed that my cat's name was on the sign welcoming new patients. My cat's appointment with Dr Ho was more than I expected. She took her time and answered any questions I had. I was there for an international health certificate to travel with my cat. Dr Ho was knowledgeable and explained the electronic system and what to expect and look for. In addition, during the exam, she noticed an issue my cat has and treated her for it, something not previously scheduled into the appointment. She was so friendly and warm, obviously loving what she does. I highly recommend this practice.

Was very happy to have a vet who was willing to see my snake and my husband's gecko! Dr. Ho was very thorough in our routine check-up. I appreciated how Dr. Ho answered all of our questions, and was up-front and honest about her comfort level in working with larger snakes.

Terrible staff. The website has a "new patients" form that you have to provide a bunch of information on and then it tells you someone will be in touch - and no one gets in touch. Finally emailed, and they tell me "Oh - yeah, the website is broken. Sorry." I ask if we can work via email since phone calls are hard for me. They literally replied "Just call us!". There was a miscommunication and I wrote the time of the appointment down wrong. They call and tell me I'm more than 15 minutes late and I said "Wait, what? The appointment is 10 minutes from now, there's been a mistake." They tell me "Well, not on our end and you confirmed the appointment." I reply "Did the time change..." and they interrupt "Sir SIR! SIR! We did not make any mistakes..." I'd have been more than happy to own my mistake. Jumping in and interrupting me while I am in the car, with an upset elderly cat that has just had an accident and all I'm trying to do is understand what happened is not OK. It is rude and disrespectful. Since I'm nearly there I say "It is not OK to call me a liar, I am almost there and I will want to speak to an office manager when I arrive." and I hang up. I get there and the office manager asks me to go into a room. Given the way she behaved I understand why. She asks me what is going on and so I tell her "So, I have a stressed elderly cat and there seems to have been a miscommunication...." she immediately interrupts "Sir. SIR! There was no miscommunication, I checked the email and text and voice recording, and the way you spoke to my staff member? Not cool..." I'd had enough. "This is exactly what the person on the phone did - didn't even let me finish my question. That's rude, and not OK." and I got up to exit the room, trying to close the door behind me because the office manager's body language was angry and aggressive (she wouldn't even sit down when we got into the room - she stood with her arms crossed) and I didn't want her following me. She lunged and grabbed the door I was trying to close and attempted to yank it open. After recovering my balance I pulled the door closed behind me and left. Go literally anywhere else. These people are arrogant and unkind and are more interested in being right than in treating sick animals.

Love the team here! Very caring and good with animals. Meesha poops in the hallway with every visit but we’re working on fixing that

My dog is very selective with who she trusts and her first visit here I've never seen her do so well! The staff was very comforting and trust worthy in my opinion and I am super happy we made the switch

Very pleased with first visit. Explained everything and took all the time I needed to answer all my new puppy mom questions. Provided reassurance, an understandable plan for follow up and suggestions. Staff very nice and explained things well so I knew what to expect. I appreciate being able to FaceTime during COVID restrictions. Knowledgeable care

Cody loves "Doctor Tim"! He's a really good person. My only gripe is with the companies charging so much $$ for meds. I do appreciate the friendly, relaxed, and professional atmosphere.

I've been taking my favorite companions to HVAH for 15 years. Shadow is a 12- year old anxious old guy who my family calls a "neurotic mess." He's special for sure! Dylan is a 5-year old affectionate kitty man who lives for head nuzzling and biscuit making. Cookie is a 4-year old American Bully pandemic pup, adopted during the summer of Covid. HVAH doctors, techs, and staff are all amazing. From the ease of scheduling appointments to the post appointment follow up calls, HVAH cares for my friends throughout the entire process. One of my babies is a biter (cough, Shadow!, cough), but they have always managed him with gentleness and care. They even explained to me that he bites out of fear, not aggression, and they are very patient when we arrive. They're even great with managing MY anxiety about his anxiety! HVAH has seen my family through four guinea pigs and these three furry friends. They're pawsome!

The staff was great! Dr. Vivian Ho was able to study and explain everything for us. Casper, who is usually not a people bird, was very calm and relaxed for her. We were very at ease with her!
