I was impressed with the showroom and the customer service was excellent without being annoyingly pushy like most car dealerships and discount furniture stores. Virginia made sure that I was aware of all of the available options for the sofa bed I was looking for before making my final decision. Yes, you can buy cheaper furniture elsewhere, but all in all, I think the price I paid for what I ordered with insurance was more than reasonable with a low flat rate delivery fee. It is exceedingly rare to find a business that operates like Laz-Y-Boy does today.”

“This store is more than the sum of its parts. I went in today, not needing anything in particular. I ended up having a nourishing conversation and leaving with some Dream Lion incense. I almost second-guessed myself on the incense, because it was a little pricey, but I'm home in my study with some lit now and I think it's the best I've ever bought, its transcendentally good and it gives me faith in the quality of Tortuga's stock list in general!”

“I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! Home Goods is blessed to have such hard-working, pleasant employees.”

Other reviews mention the store being messy but I think they must have changed that because I've been coming here since August 2023 and it's been organized the whole time? As always; download the Joann Fabrics app on the app store and make an account for free (!!) coupons that will save you on average 40-50% off at least 1 item (not already on sale) whenever you shop in stores.”
