Been using babcocks since my very first car. Trustworthy, fair, and full of kindness. I swear by them. My dad swore by them. Can’t go wrong. Brad is the NICEST guy, as is everyone that works there. They will do right by you.

My company uses this facility for our fleet repairs, they are always welcoming and very kind and honest,while waiting on my vehicle to be serviced I have watched them speak with others customers, they have never tried to up sell or over sell a service, they give you exactly what you need and nothing more!!! If your looking for an honest repair shop look no further you found it

Dave, will have Dylan, Pete and the rest of his crew taking on whatever job you throw at them. They aren't the certified parts replacers that you'll come across at some spots. If you have something different or difficult that needs working on, they're the go to. (That being said they'll gladly work on your Honda or Toyota as well, and will appreciate doing so as it doesn't come with the headaches that some of the more peculiar platforms can provide).

Babcock's is my go-to service center for car maintenance and repair. Have been for years. They are salt of the earth people- honest and good at what they do. And Brad is always a great guy to deal with. Wonderful personality and knows his stuff. With all the crooked incompetent car dealers out there, it's nice to have a place to service my cars that keeps them running right for a good price.

Babcock Serv Ctr was recommended to me, and I am happy to recommend them to others. Their parts and labor rates were fair. Brad, the manager, is knowledgeable & professional. He is also a nice man with an easy-going temperment. I observed that Brad was respectful, honest, & trustworthy with the customers. Specifically, I never observed Brad trying to hoodwink the female customers. The industry sorely needs more straightforward auto mechanic experts like Brad. 5 stars.

I don’t know what I would do without Brad and Dave at Babcock Auto. They have kept all of my cars safe and repaired for years and years. From my numerous 4Runners to my Chrysler minivan and my precious 1980 Fiat spider these men have fixed and can diagnose anything. They even rescued my parents when their car stopped in the middle of york road and timonium rd. Always friendly always helpful. They are the best group of mechanics I know. Thank you for helping our family for all these years.

I’ve never been so embarrassed for business in my life I walked into the business expect to have service on my vehicle. My battery died I got a jump and I just needed a battery install that I just purchased. Upon entering the establishment it felt like they didn’t want to speak to me. I never been looked at in that way by business. Once I explained my situation they then were in a hurry to tell me that I can’t get done now. There’s no way. I understand time constraints. But they did not see me at all. They do not understand that I had no way of going in the other place because of my vehicle. maybe I wasn’t there typical client. Although I came in with a luxury vehicle in a middle-class neighborhood maybe I was not what they were expecting. There was no warm greeting no anything just a wall. I would steer clear from this business.

First time at this shop today after seeing good reviews. We just discovered a headlight was out, called and took it in right away at about 9 am. Very pleasant guys to deal with. They called to say they had seen that an oil filter was leaking and needed an O-ring, so I authorized it. They called back to say that it was ready, and that the recent oil change done elsewhere had used the wrong filter (that didn't fit tightly), and that they had saved the old part if I wanted to go to the prior place for reimbursement. The price was VERY reasonable, including cleanup of the oil on the engine, the filter, oil and headlamp. It was a lucky day that the headlamp went out and saved my engine, and a lucky day that I found Babcock's, which will be my new mechanic for all 3 vehicles.Service: Electrical
