I went to this 711 3 times in a row for my packages which the USPS stated that it was delivered on 4-9-2024 @ 4:19pm.
Three different people told me it was not there. I called the company I ordered from and they said it was delivered. Today is 4-12-2024 and they are still telling me my package is not there.
I hate to assume but I believe the people who are working there are stealing packages.
I have never had a problem when my packages go to the Amozon box, This time I ordered from SHEIN and 3 of my packages has been said to have been delivered and scanned by the Postal worker according to USPS and SHEIN stating the Packages had been delivered.Yet they are saying my packages are not there.
So disappointing that things get STOLEN from CROOKS who work at 711. Never again will I have anything delivered there again.
Update 4-13-2024
Gave it another shot today to see if I could retrieve my packages and NOPE! Same lie was told again. I called the corporate number and was passed from one person to another only to get no help on the fact that the people who work in that 711 are THIEVES. If you don't order through Amazon and have your packages put in the Amazon Box they will STEAL your packages.
I strongly suggest all orders go through Amazon if you want your packages!

This cashier just argued me down after he gave me the incorrect change back. Theyre already overcharging but then wanna steal your change on top of that.

This 7 eleven location is the first and only location in the region where the Amazon locker works so far.

Stop in for a spicy bite hot dog, I really like pickled jalapenos as a topping and they are not available there as there are other 7-Elevens. Not crazy amout the new automated lottery machines and they just installed it so they refused to sell you lottery tickets at the counter rather . I suppose you can't stop progress.

This store is always so dirty! They literally pay someone to just clean and stock...BUT NOTHING IS EVER CLEAN OR STOCKED! Gross.

I stopped in to grab lunch in a hurry. They double charged me for an item and the pizza was old, very old. Cemented to the box old. I will probably avoid this store next time I am in the area.

I ordered a package through Amazon to be delivered at this location. There was a mix up and my package got delivered with 7-11’s regular mail. I asked the two cashiers repeatedly if they had my package because I called Amazon and they said it was 100% delivered. After an hour of me asking them to check and the woman cashier saying she didn’t get it with the mail, the other cashier finally gave me my package. I asked for her manager’s number and name and she refused to give it to me!**updateThe manager got in touch with me the next day and apologized for the misunderstanding. I went back to 7-11 and the woman associate apologized and I spoke with her and had time to cool off and she was very sorry about the situation we had. They gave my son and I some free drinks and snacks and we resolved the situation. I will be coming back to this 7-11 and am very impressed by how quickly I was contacted and treated with respect.
