7851 Malcolm Rd, Clinton“We found a cockroach inside our room as soon as we turned the light on. Went to the front desk to request a new room, and they made the change. They didn't seem to care about the fact that they had bugs. I guess they didn't want to draw attention as there were other guests in the lobby. Thankfully, the second room was free of cockroaches. FYI, the pictures on their website and browser search do not reflect their current condition. Will not be returningWalkability: There are many businesses within walking distance.”
“Perfection! From the time you drive into the entryway of the hotel you are greeted with top tier service. The service here at the Conrad has to be the BEST service i've ever received. 1011 L St NW, Washington“My husband and I had a getaway weekend in Washington DC and we stayed in Morrison Clark Hotel which was amazing location . First night we were so tired from busy day in the City and we decide to have dinner in Hotel restaurant . We had late reservation and we were only customers but dinner was amazing . We enjoyed our dinner until last bite . My husband had lamb chops and I ordered crab cakes . We couldn't stop talking next day how everything was so good. Service ,food presentation ,side dishes ambience and of course food taste . Also very reasonable priced. We didn't think twice where to go next day for dinner and we made reservation for the same restaurant . Again , dinner was outstanding . Hotel and restaurant made our getaway very memorable ❤️”

1201 K St NW, Washington“Eaton Workshop DC was the host for a recent two-day conference I organized, and for the most part, it was a solid experience. Working with the conference service manager was smooth sailing, and they were responsive and attentive to our needs. Any issues that popped up along the way were swiftly taken care of once we flagged them to the team's attention. On the day of the conferences, the staff was welcoming and accommodated our needs, which was greatly appreciated. However, there are a couple of areas where Eaton could improve. Firstly, let's talk chairs. We spent two full days in conference spaces with two different types of chairs, and both were akin to sitting on bricks. Investing in some comfier, ergonomic options would do wonders for long events like ours. Secondly, the food. The catering menu left a bit to be desired. Options were limited, and what we did get wasn't exactly top-notch. Even the cookies were disappointingly small, barely bigger than Oreos, which left us scratching our heads. A menu overhaul would be a wise move. Despite these critiques, everything else about Eaton Workshop DC was pretty good. Attendees enjoyed their stay, and surprisingly, the bathrooms garnered quite a positive buzz. So, if you're looking for a venue with impressive lavatories, Eaton's got you covered.”
“AMAZING SERVICE FROM STAFF!! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very very small (smaller than downtown Toronto, I wish I'd checked the square footage) and the walls are thin. It was really hard to get to bed, as DC is a booming area, and we heard a lot of fighting and police cars all hours of the night.”

1515 Rhode Island Ave NW, Washington“We enjoyed our stay at The Darcy Hotel (which does not look anything like the pictures we saw on Yelp). It's nice inside and very clean and newer looking. The attached restaurant is upscale and serves very good food at high prices. Rooms are quiet, which we like. Bathrooms are European style (small). They have people to open the door for you when you walk up to the hotel and most of the staff are great. They also offer a free Darcy cocktail between 5:00-5:30 in the evening. We tried it and both of us thought it was good. Unfortunately, since the Smithsonian Museums don't close until 5:30 pm, we only got to enjoy this benefit once during our stay. The only downside was that if you have anything wrong in the room and you need assistance, no one will ever come to your room to fix the problem. We tried twice to get assistance (both on the phone and in person at the front desk) and my husband ended up fixing the stopped up sink after we got there and then he figured out how to fix the rattling noise from the furnace vent. Lucky for me, he's REALLY good at fixing things because, as I mentioned, repeated requests for help go unanswered - maybe they don't have maintenance people there? Dunno. I took one star off for that.”
“Great location - just minutes from the Mall and all the sights. Breakfast really good and staff just lovely.
Walkability: Easy walk down to the National Mall. Spy museum literally next door.”

221 Tingey St SE, Washington“Great place to stay, will more than likely stay here again when going back to DC. It’s in a great spot for restaurants and so close to the metro. Something to be aware of that is common in the city is they have valet parking at a price, and while there are parking garages/lots around as well, it still was between the $30-40 range over night. For me this was not a dealbreaker as I had anticipated this beforehand. When it comes to breakfast they have a restaurant downstairs or you can get room service to the room. We got the room service, which was a little bit on the pricey end, but only had a $5 delivery charge to have it sent to the room.
Nearby activities: Lots of things to do nearby as far as restaurants and local attractions.
Walkability: Very walkable to the surroundings and easy quick access to the metro station.”

900 10th St NW, Washington“EXCELLENT choice for a stay with children. Our king bedroom had a door between us and the mini kitchenette and living room, which gave us plenty of extra space as well as an area to block off so our 4 month old wouldn't be woken up by the light. Nightly happy hour is a lot of fun (my husband went without me once when I wasn't back from my conference yet and ended up getting a double pour of wine since the bartender thought our kid was cute). There's a large number of selections for breakfast including made-to-order omelets. The metro stop is a short walk away. Staff were super friendly and people were walking up to ask if we were Zoe's parents by the end of the trip. I'll happily stay here again. You get significantly more space and more free food/benefits than other hotels of similar price in the area.”

“Absolutely love this place. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful. This wouldn't take a star away, but the only thing I didn't care for was the scented air fresheners in the lobby. Everything else was top notch and I appreciated the extra security measures taken to keep everyone safe.
Rooms: High end furniture and finishings. Clean, Everything you need is in these apartment-like rooms. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Beautiful bedding on comfortable mattresses.
Nearby activities: National Harbor has plenty of restaurants and shops; Tanger outlets within minutes away; DC is a short drive.

550 School St SW, Washington“I stayed in this hotel for a short weekend trip and I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of comfort mixed with modernity that citizenM offers. The rooms felt pretty luxurious with the ability to use an iPad to control the entire room’s lighting, shades/blinds and TV. It felt very similar to the experience you get in a Virgin Voyages Cruise ship. The entire side of the bed was a giant window, bringing in light and a decent view from outside. A room for two with a king bed is relatively small, but the space is so well utilized and decorated that it wasn’t even an issue. The hotel has a very young and trendy vibe, which is very refreshing compared to the hotels I’m used to. The views from the balcony are incredible as well, overseeing both the Capitol and the Washington monument. The service from all the staff in the hotel was very polite and down to earth. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting DC, I would definitely come back!”
“It's near the station. There are no transfers from the airport, and you can reach the hotel in about 30 minutes. There is a Starbucks and a restaurant inside the hotel. In the morning, Starbucks is so crowded that even the seats at the entrance are filled. You can also order meals in your room. The price wasn't that high either. In the room, there were drinks in plastic bottles for each person, as well as coffee and tea.Amenities included body cream, hand soap, provided shampoo, treatment, and body soap.As a service, cucumber water and lemon & lime water are available near the elevator. However, it didn't seem to be replenished and it seemed like it was running out by 5pm.You can keep your luggage in the closet before check-in and after check-out.Check-in time is 16:00, but you may be able to enter your room at 2:00 pm without any additional charge, and if you are before 2:00 pm, you may be able to enter your room with an additional charge. The front desk staff was also polite and pleasant.I think it's a convenient location to go to the White House and the National Mall.I would like to use it again the next time I go to Washington DC.”

200 C St SE, Washington“The location for this hotel is great as it's super close to all of the sites you would want to see in Washington. You can also get lucky on the weekends and find free street parking. However, don't expect for it to be a nice high end hotel it might appear to be on their website. The lobby area is nice but the rooms looked like a bad real estate flip. Something that was done in a rush and as cheap as possible. The breakfast room was a complete mess. The way they designed this space was not ideal or they just didn't think there would be more than 6 people at a time eating there on a weekend. The food was an average free continental breakfast but people kept bumping against each other trying to make a line to get food and against those that had already gotten their food and were trying to sit and eat. Giving it 4 starts just because of service and location but wouldn't stay here again.”
“A nice hotel! But it’s definitely not 5 stars, I think this is more like 3 stars. There’s no parking available, the rooms are decent size but the decor is not very inviting. I will say the location of the hotel is great walking distance to all landmarks. Service was great.”

515 15th St NW, Washington“We had a great experience with the Hotel Washington who we used for our hotel block for our recent wedding! They were very attentive and responsive with all of our questions. They quickly set up reservation links for our guests and passed out our welcome bags for guests. For our stay they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an incredible room with direct monument views. The hotels location can't be beat in the center of some of the most iconic DC site and the hotels lobby and decor were beautiful. We have to give a special shout out to Mariah who helped us from day one, she was attentive and directly attended to all of needs and went above and beyond helping us extend our stay and celebrate our big day!”

1001 14th St NW, Washington“The Hamilton Hotel is located in a great spot in Downtown DC. Only blocks from the White House and one block to a Metro station. We chose this hotel as we are big fans of the TV show, Veep, and they have a suite themed after it. The suite contains several props from the show which was very fun for us as fans. The suite consisted of a bedroom, bathroom, living room and entry hallway and was on the upper floor of the hotel. The view was on Franklin Park and the Washington Monument in the distance. During our stay we enjoyed the clean room, beautiful historic look and feel of the hotel, and the location. We had an issue with our tub not draining, but it was fixed quickly once we mentioned it. The room was stocked with fresh towels daily and was clean. Some people need to be reminded what a historic hotel experience can be like and what their expectations need to be. That being said, we enjoyed our time here and would consider it again for future trips.”

6400 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill“I made a mistake with my online reservation and had to reach out to the hotel. Vincent Washington, Assistant GM went out of his way to assist me. I am very grateful for the kindness and understanding given to me and this situation. I rebooked my room with the correct date. Thanks so much, Vincent! I look forward to my upcoming stay.”
“Hotel very well located, the room with a view keeps its promises, beautiful bathroom, clean and spacious room, good bedding but the size of the beds is quite small. I think 140cm. Very warm welcome on arrival each morning and upon departure we were offered a donut or a healthy snack. Another small downside was that the air conditioning was a little noisy and we could hear the sirens at night.”
“Rounding a 4.5 up to a 5! When I arrived I was informed I was upgraded as a Hilton Honors Gold member to one of the best rooms in the building. That was absolutely true. A beautiful top floor water facing studio suite!
Though the room was new, there were already some bumps and bruises, but nothing that distracted from the amazing views, comfy bed, large bathroom with dual vanity, and of course, a nespresso machine! I also appreciated the wrap around floor to ceiling windows with beaming light in the morning and a beautiful sunset at night.
Functionality of electronics was also up to par. TVs worked fine and had basic streaming options. The thermostat worked and the A/C was perfect.
Overall the property is very nice, centrally located, and had friendly staff. They are missing a pool, despite their floor plan saying they have one in the app.”

“My husband ,son and I stayed 2 nights at this location based on proximity to our meetings we had to attend. When we first arrive we were greeted and checked in by Donnell @front desk who was nothing short of professional, he was quite hospital and welcoming. CLEAN AND FRESH....The lobby was well laid out and designed with lots of cozy places to unwind in front of the fireplace. This location has a good size pool, the hotel was very clean and had a beautiful Fragance. Morning we had Veronica she was very polite and a great listener. Breakfast was good...... I particularly liked them having a vegan option of serving veggie patties at breakfast. They were great tasting?.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this location and we ourselves will stay again. Donnell THANK YOU!❤Rooms: We stayed in a suite it is very good nice and clean rooms”
