I took my 2013 Ford F-150 Platinum to Ford Master for a Oil Leak.They diagnose my water pump and vacuum pump was bad and needed to be replaced.Job well done. ? Customer service was great as well. Highly Recommended FM.

I took my car to a shop and spend 1,000.And the shop still couldn't tell Me why it wouldn't started so my daughter had me to take my car to FORD MASTER.The next day Ford Master called me to pick my car up the next day and now it's driving GREAT! THANKS FORD MASTER FOR FINDING THE PROBLEM IN ONE DAY.

Word on the street I heard somebody say, if your Ford is in a bad way. Why pay dealer prices when having a crisis? A lot of money you don't have, get to the shop on. I went in for an Engine Oil pressure sensor replacement, They were soo quick with the procedure I think I was in and out within 30 mins. And they were the most affordable option. I even spoke with the owner and he was very knowledgeable about the parts that he recommended me. 10/10 for me will definitely be coming back!!

My 2007 ford expedition stopped running and had it towed to Ford masters. They diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump and they replaced the fuel pump in a very timely manner and the truck is running great.

They figured out the problem that the dealership could not. You can talk to them about your vehicle since they are genuine Auto people who are interested in their clients Automotive experience. They are very respectful, friendly, and don't resent do-it-yourselfers like the dealership. I get straight opinions here . I took my 2010 Ford Fusion here about a month ago after the dealership and several other shops could not seem to figure out what was going on with the car or were too lazy to really look into everything. Ford Masters was great! They confirmed that my fan was draining my battery, replaced the fan, and notice I needed some new O2 sensors as well. Toshia was really great and kept me informed throughout the process. The job was a job well done, and the price was great. I also appreciate the warranty they give. Will definitely be coming back here even if it's just for oil changes.Services: Electrical repair
