The people there are super friendly and helpful. The building is new and nice both inside and outside. My wife and I had a great experience at this branch when we need to wire money.

This is the worst bank in Howard County. They close at 4pm on weekdays and no Saturday hours, lines for tellers are ridiculous when they are open and someone is constantly pushing bank services rather than meeting customer needs.

ATM would not give me my maximum daily limit and only provided $20 bills. My Bank of America experience over 15 years has been squalid. I'm finally changing banks.
