“Honestly a wonderful experience. This was my first time properly mattress shopping and James the sleep expert really helped me and my significant other find a great bed for our needs. He was friendly, smart, and very patient. I never felt pressured in any way and he was very understanding of my budget. Additionally both James and Osmond helped me get a really awesome discount and stay within my budget. Delivery was a breeze! Danny delivered the mattress, base, set both up super quickly, and hauled away my old box spring and mattress. He and his colleague went the extra mile and even helped me with adjusting my bed frame from full to queen. Really superb service from both mattress firm and the delivery men who made this process rather seamless and stress free. I’ve been laying in the bed ever since I got my new sheets on it - could not be any happier!?”
“We had a great no pressure shopping experience at Matress Firm White Oak with Zeeshan. There was a great selection of mattresses on sale and at various price points and different delivery options. Despite the name Matress Firm they do have soft and medium firmness mattresses too. It was really one of the best mattress shopping experiences I’ve had. I would definitely return to Mattress Firm. “We were greeted by Frances and sge showed us several power leather recliners. She knew details about the chairs and looked up possible delivery dates.Then she said she had another power recliner to show us, a Haley recliner. We really liked it and she pointed out the three power adjustments (leg rest, lumbar, and headrest). She pointed out the leatger and stiching and had us try the chair. Then she gave us the total price and delivery time and which colors would be delivered the quickest . She was very knowledgable and friendly. She was excelkent. We bought the recliner.”

“I would give Portia 10 stars if I could. Buying a mattress is a task I’d been putting off for over a year, and mine had been about 12 years old. I had no idea what I was doing, and every question, no matter how insane or annoying, Portia answered with a thoughtful calm patience (even though I was asking the same thing twice sometimes). Based on your needs and preferences they can help direct you to the right mattress fit and you can test everything without getting overwhelmed. Their return policy and price match are excellent and add some sense of security to such a large purchase. The level of service and personalization is really impressive and exceptional.”
“The furniture was amzing, Ive never been to a furniture store like this, and as the staff were amazing they helped us look around and gave us some suggestions on some stuff. The kids loved it! They did not bother us since they were distracted by the food. They had ice cream, candy ,cookies, coffe and water all for free. And the furniture looked great the prices were cheap they didnt do a discount but other than that the it was good.”
