Absolute worst place the office staff is rude and they don’t care for customers

I came into a situation this summer where I became a primary caretaker for a friend whose partner suddenly passed away 3 days after moving to the marina. Without going into detail, I was and still am, appalled at the lack of professionalism, integrity and customer service or even empathy for a disabled, autistic and harmless woman. There were two employees there with a shred of decency, the redheaded dockmaster and the short haired lady in the office. Phil the owner and pony tail lady at the front desk are absolutely "deplorable". I found much nicer marinas and marina owners shopping around for a new home. If you arent one of them, you are not in..take that as you like.

We had a horrible experience with the employees and owner of this marina. The employees approached our boat, unprovoked, and made accusations against us that were absolutely false. The employees then proceeded to take and show our picture to others who came to the marina and repeat the false rumors. These rumors made their way back to our home state/county in PA. Upon calling the marina to speak with the owner, I was told "I don't care if your reputation was defamed" and hung up on me. The owner and his employees refused to provide us with services despite us being a paying customer through the end of the season. This was a very unpleasant and unnecessary experience and I share it to warn anyone else who may consider using or does use the marina.

Cute little park at the marina, that supports our veterans, if you get a chance check it out and show your support!! There is a cute Bayside restaurant right there as well as the beautiful bay.

So changing my review. People were nice until after the sale and when they lifted my boat they damaged it . When I called them to see what we could do about it . They tell me to get a lawyer. Horrible service . So lawyer will be in contact since that's what it take . Would have been nice to be honest and have integrity.

Thank you Melody, Rick and the team. After getting gas, my boat stalled and the key broke in the ignition. Melody could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Rick helped find a key and then repaired my ignition and idle motor - ALL ON A HOLIDAY. They went above and beyond for me, and they did with a smile, Chris

Marina is nice. Well kept. Bloody Mary bar on Sundays. Owners aren’t very helpful. Poor service and no mechanical help.

I rented a transient slip for a night. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. I'll definitely be back again.
