I just got off the phone with someone to inquire about a resetting and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and condescending. His tone of voice was very off putting and no matter how good he might be at his job…this is not someone I would want to work with. People need to feel assured and build trust with the person handling their precious jewelry. Not everyone that comes in is going to know the process. Even if people ask dumb questions, as a business owner or employee you can’t be dumb enough to not be aware of your tone and attitude or dumb enough to forget that people can leave reviews. Anyways I had the complete opposite experience when I called Kyle from Bluestone Goldsmithing in Baltimore. He was so patient and kind and gave me multiple options. I would recommend taking your business there instead because you will be taken care of! I would highly recommend the owner or employee also give Kyle a call so you can learn some etiquette on how to speak to potential customers and how to properly walk someone through their inquiries in a respectful way. I might not be aware of all of the things a jeweler does but I know customer service goes a long way. I’m not the only online review that mentioned how rude this guy is but just give them a call yourself to find out!

I could not be more satisfied with the service Welsh International provided during my engagement ring search. Kevin is not only an expert in the industry, but truly cares about his clients and conducts a fair and informative process when showcasing his inventory. I worked with several other larger scale retail jewelers and Kevin's customer service far exceeded theirs on every level. I would recommend every single person I know to Welsh International in their search for an engagement ring. Some of the best customer service I have received in my life, and not to mention my now fiancé is over the moon about what I bought for her.

My experience with buying jewelry was limited to say the least, and I’m so glad I went to Kevin for my bridal ring set. Kevin gave me great advice and was SPOT ON with everything.
He helped me choose the perfect band and designed a perfect ring for my fiancé.
She absolutely loves her engagement ring.
I would definitely recommend Kevin if you’re looking for that special ring for your loved one.

Kevin is my diamond guy. He worked hard to get me the perfect diamond for my price range and parameters. He was way better to work with than anyone else I talked to and provided way more quality information than anything online. Take some time to learn the 4Cs and all of that, then go talk to Kevin. You tell him what you need, he'll hook you up.

Welsh Intl is the best diamond resource (& jeweler) in MD. Don't let the humble store front fool you. Kevin has the highest quality at the best prices. I was referred to him 23 years ago by a coworker and have referred friends and family alike for years. His prices and quality blow away other jewelers. He is an expert and will slowly walk you through the diamond buying process (without any pressure). My wife loved her engagement ring and we have purchased other items from him over the years. Recently Kevin resized her platinum band. Kevin removed the nicks and it looks brand new. I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Kevin! I had an exact setting that I wanted in mind for my engagement ring. I was disappointed several times when jewelers tried to sell me a setting that was similar but not exactly what I wanted. When I met Kevin, he assured me he could custom make exactly what I wanted. I left very excited but still a little anxious about it being perfect, but good thing Kevin is a perfectionist! The ring is absolutely perfect and even better than I imagined! It was also an amazing feeling to work with someone who I know truly wanted me to be happy with the finished product. Absolutely go to Kevin, you will not be disappointed!!

I was shopping for engagement rings and was referred to Welsh International by my friend who also went to Kevin for a ring. Kevin sat with me for a few hours working with me to find the perfect stone and setting. This was a night and day difference from my previous experience at a regional jewelry store where the workers there just wanted me to pick something and be done with it. Kevin actually took the time to discuss my girlfriend's ideal ring and helped me to find the perfect one. Kevin made me the perfect ring and for a really good price. He was accommodating and understanding of what I wanted in the ring. If you're looking for an engagement ring, definitely give Kevin a visit.

Working with Kevin has been a great experience! He's personable, trustworthy and passionate. He takes the time to walk you through the diamond process and answers any questions you may have. I had the best experience buying my engagement ring from Kevin. He puts so much individualized care into every customer and when I came to pick up the ring, he explain to me that the original stone had some slight imperfections that he had not seen before, and he gave me an upgraded ring (slightly better color and quality) for my same quoted original price. The care for the customer is unmatched. The only reason it took me so long to right this great review, is that now I also have the stamp of approval from my fiancé. Everyone who sees the ring is so impressed and a huge part of that is because of the great quality I was able to get here instead of anywhere else. This is the only place you want to buy your engagement ring.
