Top Tier customer service I was really blown away at the service I received. Not gonna lie it’s been a long time since I came across anyone that actually cares and in general and have a love for what they do. Joe was so attentive patient and kind. That once I called around for quotes I was drawn back to him. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond with even sending me pics and text messages before I even made it out to the house warehouse. Once I arrived he had things out for me to test and see if that’s what I really wanted. That’s not the kicker I made a purchase got to my salon had an issue, I called Joe he personally came out and fixed (swamped) things out without any pushback or anything. I highly recommend using this company. I’m still talking about the service I received and it’s been almost a week! I appreciate great business and kind souls. Joe you’re amazing stay BLESSED. We are very happy with our stations and furniture ordered and put together by Joe at Mid Atlantic. Joe was very helpful in the planning stages, full of useful industry standards info. When time came for everything to be installed he was there for it all, making sure it all went smoothly. Highly recommend using Mid Atlantic, i couldn't have imagined ordering online and missing out on the service Joe provides.

I've been working with Joe at Mid Atlantic Beauty Design & Equipment Show Room for over 25 years. He has furnished three of my salons. His customer service is impeccable. The quality of his equipment has lasted for years. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely, the best in the business!

I can’t say enough words to praise and recommend Joe and his team! They went above and beyond to help me customize my salon and stations that fit my aesthetic! Joe gives A+ customer service. I don’t wanna make this long cause I hate reading long reviews although I have a lot to say . I purchased my salon stations 17 years ago and they were wonderful then and years later they still gave me excellent quality service plus recommended what I needed to update the same stations that are still in style and look good today! I’ve never had another beauty supplier do what they have done for me. Hands down Joe is the way to go!

From the moment I stepped into Mid Atlantic Beauty, I knew I was in the right place. I had a vision of what I wanted my salon to look like and Joe made it come to life. From re-upholstered chairs in custome colors to hand made double sided stations. I absolutely love the way everything turned out. I worked with mid atlantic to purchased all my salon equipments and let me tell you that it was not only purchase and joe worked with me through the entire time to make sure that all measurements are correct and all arlington county codes were met. for setting the equipments he traveled to arlington from baltimore more than 5 times to make sure my design ,electric,plumbing and other details are in line with my building and county codes .joe and tony personally delivered my equipments and set them up for me and even introduce me to a very professional plumber (tom) who dose salons only .last but not least their price is very reasonable and products looks fantastic .honestly i have to give them 7 stars .always work with professionals ALWAYS
