I was on vacation and decided to do some thrifting here. One of the best decisions I made. I got 2 cute tops one from Charlotte Russe and the other from Target for 5 bucks each. Also found a gorgeous velvet tank for 3 bucks. Better goodwill prices than the Florida Goodwill stores.

Employees are rude, they only accept donations on certain days at certain hours, and they have a huge line when they do accept. Waste of time, go somewhere else.

I learned one thing in America , if you wanna commit fraud in a legal way , then you register as non profit and fool the people. Has anyone ever wondered how exactly are they helping people ? They probably started with a noble cause but don't seem that nowadays

I pulled up at 3:58pm. I walked up at 4pm exactly with a bag for donation and the guy told me he couldn't take it because donation hours ended at 4pm. Not great service for a company that runs off of donations.

The absolute worse customer service on the planet and price tags are never on their inventory! On 4/7 I stopped in to purchase a basket and someone had clearly torn the price off. The cashier stated that I needed to wait 24 hours and refused to get the manager. To make matters worse the store barely has inventory on their shelves! Out of the 5 baskets on the shelf I picked the best looking one so there weren't any other options.

This store is always a hot mess. It's dirty, doesn't have much and the employees are always either rude or have no idea what's going on. Go to the other goodwill on 40 if you really need to go to goodwill

The cashier lady was so rude I was just trying to pay for for my stuff and she screamed at me and I’m pregnant I got scared from her. I will never want to see her face again or either I will sue the store ??????

Not the best selection and very strict about donation times. The other location in Glen Burnie is better and are way more friendly about donations.

Halloween & Christmas decors available when we visited. Wasn’t expecting to buy something, but I found some interesting kitchen items that I need at good price. Its a Goodwill same as others. Cashier was friendly though, took time to carefully pack the items I bought. Take time to browse, you might get lucky

This location is sad, very poor selections of items... Plus the staff here is horrible... On several occasions I have tried to drop donations off... but if it is after 330, the male employee who works the drop off area takes pride in refusing to accept donations. Most of us don't get off work until 5, so if I arrive at 3:55, why would he refuse my donation? All he has to do is take the items into the back... but instead he will smirk and tell you "you just missed it".... it's like a game for him or something.. just awful... so save your gas and your time, and avoid his sour attitude and any frustration by just going to a different location.

No good at this Goodwill! Due to an extremely difficult life transition, I had to part with a significant amount of my possessions. I made two large donations to this Goodwill. When I arrived the for the first delivery, my items were scrutinized. On the second delivery, I was verbally insulted by one of the employees at the donation dock. I spoke to the manager as well as sent a letter to the corporate office. I'm going to express that due to this experience; Goodwill will never receive any further business, nor donations from me.
