genuinely wonderful place. glenn is always kind and charitable to every client and it's clear that everyone working here enjoys it. when I first came here, he even gave me some tips on how to cut my short hair myself if I so wished (which I did for a few months!). I'd give ten stars any day, I would pay so much more than he charges, which for me is $20 for a simple haircut.

I have been going here for decades and have always been pleased with the service no matter who was cutting and styling my hair. Glenn, the owner, is involved in the community and is very welcoming to everyone. Lisa listens to my wants and shares her experience and makes it happen.

Glenn has memorized my hair and knows just what to do. I always leave looking good, and in a GREAT mood because Glenn is fun to speak with, on any subject. There are also many other excellent, experienced stylists at this salon, who can customize to your needs.

Daughter got a haircut today and the hairdresser didn’t listen to what she wanted. Came home upset with loss of her hard earned money.

Glenn was personable and generous. I’m the type of person who rarely engages in conversation when I’m getting a haircut, but Glenn seemed like a really kind guy and I’m glad he put in the effort bring the the conversation out of me. Great hair cut and he threw in a snack and a quick beard trim/shaping for free. It’s a well laid out location with a friendly front desk receptionist. All of the customers were greeted and it seems like the kind of place where the barbers establish professional friendships with their clients. It is cash or check only but they’re worth every dollar.I’m not in town much but finding little gems like Catonsville Hair Co reminds me why I love my home town so much. If I could give more stars I would. Glenn had a long consult with me. I’ve never had a stylist spend time explaining all things hair related. He went over coloring, hair styling and asked what I wanted. He trimmed my hair and showed me different ways to style it. It was an awesome experience, and Glenn is a trip! Luv him!Services: Haircut

Don’t go here. Glen doesn’t know how to cut hair in a straight line. Also he made me really uncomfortable with his commentary.
