If I could give any fewer stars I would... this location is TERRIBLE, the workers are more concerned with getting off than actually making a legitimate sale and doing it properly. for example, the reps gave me a bag of free T-mobile items such as a blanket, tumbler cup, selfie light, etc., and two bags but within those bags were 3 items stashed (sneakily), that cost money and were attached to my bill. This location honestly needs to be shut down because the workers are improperly trained. And that's not even the tip of the iceberg which is that they gave PLENTY of false information just to try and make a sale, on top of the lies they told I'm stuck paying for things that I shouldn't be paying for.

Worst store in history. They scam, lie and cheat their customers. They tell you to reach out through email and send invalid/inaccurate email addresses then the one that is actually valid says the mailbox is full. Essentially leaving you with no real help or resolution because we aren’t speaking to anyone when reaching out to the emails provided. We need a phone number!!!!!! They only reply to these reviews because it looks good but they are not going to help you at all because again the emails they provide you with do not get you access to speaking with anyone who will assist you.

I called this location and inquired about iPhones. This lady asked me to call back in 10 minutes because there was a timer. I asked what time, she then began to argue with me and said “I don’t need to go all into that and that wasn’t necessary”. After arguing with me because I asked what time, she finally said because the lock resets itself. Very poor customer service at this location and it looks like they hire any body. The lady began to berate me for even asking, unbelievable. I told her I’ll take my money somewhere else because she was very rude and her response “it don’t matter”, unbelievable.

Do not waste your time at this location. I would rate it negative stars if i could. The employees took 2 hours to do something which could have been done in 10 minutes. They did not know what they were doing and were too busy chatting and talking to each other rather than helping thecustomer. Wasted so much time here I don’t ever want to come back. Go to a different t mobile and save your time. Customer service is TERRIBLE and slow. These people don’t know how to do their job.

I do not recommend this location at all!!! The customer service was horrible the employees had Horrible attitudes and we’re not well-versed in the promotions going on in the store..I did reach out to T-Mobile and their solution was to brush me off with a small bill credit instead of actually solving the issue with the promotion. Also I still have not received the small bill credit they said they apply, but this store had no problem with taking the 900 plus dollars I spent there please don’t be fooled people T-Mobile just wants your money nothing more!!!! Also I can post the screen shots of exactly what there response was!!!

Never have anything in stock and customer service is very bad. Female employee was very disrespectful when tryin to purchase new Apple Watch. Employees weren’t wearing mask as store policy says on door. Felt like I was in a club house or a ghetto establishment. Go to a verified store for better experience.
