I recently stayed at this property and the service was exceptional. Donnell, the operations manager was very accommodating and hospitable. Rebecca on second shift held great conversation and had no problem assisting me with some extra supplies I asked for. All and all if I’m ever in the Capitol Heights are again, I will definitely be back again!

EXCELLENT service from the entire staff at this Marriott. The hotel is very clean, very well managed my the general manager. Rooms are clean. The staff has provided awesome customer service.Rooms: Rooms are very clean.Food & drinks: Very nice breakfast provided in the lobby free of charge.

Looking at the property and actually staying here gives the definition “Don’t judge a book by its cover” true meaning. First checking into the room it seemed very clean, everything looked very clean and updated. Upon going to use the bathroom, it also seemed clean but had an odor of urine. Which I just sprayed down with disinfectant. Then time for bed which I have family with me in the suite which came with a spacious sofa bed. Once pulled out the bed was occupied with hair and candy wrappers. Which I called to the front desk and was told the general manager would be informed. Last but not least after checking in, I’m guessing a large family with children was checked in right above me and from the time they got there which would be around 3pm or so up until the late/early hours next day was non stop rumbling, yelling and disturbance. I complained and even asked to move so my family and I could get some type of peaceful rest. I was told by the front desk agent twice that he would call the folks above us and the noise never stopped. Very disappointing staying here especially when we spent almost $800 for the weekend. I will not stay here again or recommend this place to other friends or family!!!

Look like a nice hotel, but since they don't allow early check-in ,I don't think I will book there again , I am a truck driver. I wanted to spend my 10 hours DOT time there. I had a day cab. I couldn't sleep in my truck. Had to stay my truck for like 3 and half hours waiting for clean room. Look like the people at front desk need more training. They don't know anything

Very clean and comfortable room. Room comes with Pots, Pans and cooking utensils. Reasonably priced. Breakfast included. Courteous staff.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Big clean comfy room with a well stocked kitchenette and full-size fridge with ice maker. Great set up with a very comfy sofa bed, desk, and a TV that pivots to where you can watch from the kitchen, sofa, or your bed. Breakfast is great with a huge variety. Love the lemon and cucumber ice water in the lobby. Friendly staff. Strong WiFi. The only issues we had were minor. Lose toilet paper roll holder, wouldn't hold the roll, and some algae in the shower bottom corners. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place.Rooms: Clean rooms. No musty smells.Nearby activities: Places to eat within walking distance.Safety: Well lit parking lot. Safe area.Walkability: Great area. Safe to walk to and from the nearby eateries.

Nice sized rooms. The amenities were great, though either a toaster oven or some type of oven would be nice, no matter the room type booked. Front desk and security personnel was really nice.

Great Stay, GREAT STAFF ?? young & vibrant. Rooms superb ??. Breakfast delicious ?.. Clean hallways. Bathroom soap was extra soft, not hard .

This place has gone downhill. The place reeeeeeks of weed, the cleaning staff is incompetent (constantly leaves towels in random parts of the room, sometimes doesnt show up, sometimes makes the bed but does nothing else, etc), and the last time I stayed the cleaning crew actually STOLE a jacket I accidentally left tin the room. Called a couple days after checking out, and of course no one had "found" it.

Stayed February 27. Great choice. Clean hotel & bed bug "free" room, Good variety buffet breakfast, pleasant staff & good service, nice location to nearby dining. I would definitely return & recommend.

Best place to stay when it comes to being taken care of. When all your focus is on work, and course work.Breakfast at 6am M-F Like clock work.Excellent laundry facilities. Grocery store two minutes away, Vitamin store and so forth.
