This review is for the communication experience I had with Mike. I have never met him nor have I been to their Ft. Lauderdale location. I found this company online as I was researching a cost effective way of producing the least amount of tees in order to get them screen printed. I'm just starting out and I want to have samples made but not have to purchase 50 pieces in order to see the outcome. On their site it states: Screen printing near me - Create Custom T-shirts online starting at only $8.99 each. We have no minimum orders. We are Top T-shirt screen printing companies. FREE Shipping all orders OVER $15 and Rush orders are available on checkout. We can print your shirt in less than 1 hour in Washington DC, Capitol Heights, Maryland and North Lauderdale in Florida, Miami area. I sent an email with this copied and pasted in it asking to learn more and repeatedly emphasized that I only wanted screen printed shirts. I explained why I did not want digital printing due to past experience. It's not that digital printing is bad but that it doesn't wash well and or print crisp and bright on white and black T-shirts (and I said this). Mike, neglected to answer 25% of my comments, concerns, and questions -- and against my better judgment, I ignored it thinking he knew what he was doing. I received my shirts and they were all digitally printed. I reached out saying that I was unhappy as this was not what I had asked for. I asked if he could do a redo (in my email before approving the order I had asked twice what the policy was - if I didn't like the end product, AGAIN, IGNORED!) I didn't acknowledge it because I thought that if anything that I wasn't going to like was the size or placement which would have been on me because I designed the files. But I didn't imagine the shirts weren't going to be screen printed. Anyway, if they weren't going to offer a redo I asked for a partial refund. The response I got back was they were digitally printed, screen printing is only available for 48+ units. And that they don't do redo's or refunds. ALSO - and this is minimal compared to my actual issue - there digital printing leaves a residue on the tshirts. It's highly noticeable on the black shirts and I can feel the residue on the white shirt. I was told to wash them. That's fine if they are just going in my drawer for me to wear -- but I'm trying to sell a product -- I'm not going to place an order for multiple pieces and then have to wash them! So, the moral of this story is - you get what you pay for. Perhaps had I met this man in person he would have actually answered my questions correctly. I should have trusted my gut and now I own three poor quality shirts. Don't do printing here if you don't see the product in person.

Quite disappointed by the overall unprofessionalism reflected by this company. Extremely rude towards its customers who are unfamiliar with the industry. Asking questions about what kinds of products and services you provide should not be met with animosity. Again, disappointing.

Awesome place!! I came in last minute needing 2 custom shirts for 2 different events. Mike helped me and he was absolutely amazing! He helped me with the design and was super patient when I was making changes. He also gave some really helpful tips. My shirts were ready in about 20 minutes and they turned out beautiful!!! They were also super reasonable. This really is an awesome shop with awesome service. I am so glad I found it. Now whenever I need something customized, even if it's only a little thing, I know exactly where to go.

I found this place last minute and thank goodness I did. I had already had shirts picked out but they were the wrong material. I appreciated Alex letting me know that so I wouldn't lose my money!! The shirts he made were perfect my daughter loved them and so did everyone else who came across us. I paid extra for same day/early morning pick up but it was worth and it was explained to me which I appreciated. The prices are still good I'm ready to go back and make more shirts for the family. Can't wait for the next event!!!

Quality of shirts is poor. They sent me mens sizes for my wife when i specifically said I need medium sizes for my wife. I called and asked for a correction since we were just married and this was wedding gift to my wife and he laughed and gave me no other options

I am very disappointed in the service. I was denied services for all my request hats, shorts and women's tracksuits etc. Everything I suggested or recommended he denied for multiple items (denied embroidery and screen printing) in which I've had done before then a gentleman came in for embroidery for shirts and stated " I called you about the shirts that you said you would embroider for me the owner looked at me then told the gentleman to hold on for a minute. I then shook my head proceeded to pick my boxes of clothing up and walked out the door. I have been in business for myself for going almost two years and have never experienced being rejected for service or felt so uncomfortable in my life! I hope nobody will ever experience the way I feel right now! Very Disappointed! Thumbs down
