My experience was a horrible experience here, hopefully I can help someone by doing this review. I had a firearm sent here from an online dealer and yes the situation was my fault for not insuring that my firearm was state compliant. The owner already knew my firearm wasn’t compliant and had me do the transfer process and pay for it only to tell me that he can’t give me my firearm because it’s not Maryland compliant. all with the most sinister smile one can have. He pretty much laughed and said I took you money and it’s nothing you can do about it smh beware and know your stuff before doing business here.

I’ve done business here several times, and the owner Earl Blake has been nothing short of knowledgeable about the products he sells, welcoming and professional. I recommend him anyone that is interested in purchasing or transferring a firearm.

My experience was a joke. When a customer asked questions about a product and you’re uncertain or do not know. Just be honest. Don’t assume that the customer doesn’t have any experience or knowledge with firearms. I then asked about pricing and the wait time. He abruptly stated that there was not any more to discuss without an HQL. Again assuming I didn’t know what it was or if I possess one. So much for customer service! I tried to support a local small business. Shop elsewhere and don’t waste your time!

Mr. Brake knows his stuff!! Black business owner in a black community - priceless!! And he’s compliments the community! He’s very professional, not an elitist, I’m sure he can code-switch if he needs to do so. And he knows his repeat customers. Don’t sell EJB short or try to negotiate a lower price, ? (yall know how we do each other) he’ll work with you! Let’s keep him around, please!! ?

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS GUN STORE. THE OWNER RIPS PEOPLE OFF ANY WAY HE CAN. I GOT CHARGED $104 TO PICK UP MY BULLPUP . THAT WAS HIS FEE!!! EVERY WHERE ELSE $24 to $45

Went there to purchase for the first time since my kids were little. Sr. And Jr. Were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. An all around great experience. I would and do definitely recommend them.
