The customer service here is so unprofessional and their employees aren't knowledgeable in their job. I've been here 3 times once by myself and twice with my elderly father (during a pandemic) to add him to my account. Each time I went I got a different answer. I asked each rep if I needed to know or bring anything on my next visit, and each of them said no. One was on her phone texting while she was supposed to be helping me which is so unprofessional and a turn off. Please train them better so they can provide your customers excellent service cause this ain't it.

Very unprofessional and unwilling to help. From the long faces to they way the 2 employees carried themselfves. It was a spanish older guy and a younger black woman. He didnt even get up from his chair and she had her back turned towards me texting on her phone. Where is management?

Wow. I went to this store because they carried the phone I originally wanted for my wife. When I called the manager told there was a special and the screen protector and case were free. I get home my receipt was not in the bag, so I called them back to send me my receipt to find out they charged me for the screen protector and case. I called another store and no one else has this special. Unfortunately I was lied to by the manager of the store just to make the sell. She really was not thinking of the returning customer. She also told me this extra charge was part of the upgrade package which is not on my receipt and none of the other store have ever heard of this. I was there for about 2 hours. During this time they start yelling at each other in front of all the customers because this same manager was stealing commission phone sells. Very bad business and un-professional I will never return.

Play entirely too much when handling business. Inappropriate music. Guy handling our account was a clown. We spent over 2 hours in that place. No sorry for the wait. Towards the end of everything he asks for the bank card that I clearly stated the deposit doesnt hit till Friday. So I had to drive to the nearest Walmart to add money. Come back we waited another half hour. No apology for the inconvience. Get home to Baltimore. One of the phones isn't working can't call out. The old phone is receiving the calls and texts. Went to 2 different stores here in Baltimore and they claimed I had to probably go back to this location. Midroute I call the store asked for the manager, the same girl that was there that day claimed she was the manager and that she would resolve it. She did and within 10 minutes. Again no apology. I called the company and was given a credit . Regardless this is one of those contributing factors of why I dread doing business when there are a bunch of my own working there. It's the same unprofessionalism 99% of the time. And management allows the behavior won't be back obviously, and definitely not recommending this location.
