I had an urgent matter to discuss. I approached the cricket clerk outside. She ask how she could help me but continue texting in her phone as I spoke with her.She is incapable of doing anything except speaking in Spanish and English. Her profesionalism is less than sub par.I spoke with the owner via this young lady's phone. While he could not offer me any assistance; he continued to allow his employee to be unprofessional. She smirked and acted as if I was an issue.I was sent there by the FBI office in Maryland. Someone had taken over my phone number under a separate phone number. Odd. Yes. THEREFORE, I needed her undivided attention.She is crazy, unsophisticated, uncouth, disrespectful, an attempted to patronize me (no worries there).I would never go to this location again. NEVER!
