I lost my wallet and they worked with me to access my money in a safe way and also helping me find my wallet through the people that found it

This branch needs more bankers. To only have one banker service the entire bank is unacceptable and a total lack of consideration for other people’s time. Every time I need a service from a banker there is at least a 45 minute wait which is unacceptable and poor business practices.

Wait time is extremely long. In the car for atleast an hour waiting on service. People that work their are taking their sweet time.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
