Thank you, Connor!!! We have a fairly healthy 19 year old cat who has trouble eating any type of dry cat food for a couple reasons. He currently eats the "good stuff" canned food, and I was looking for something "soft" that could potentially sit in his bowl for a few hours since he's a nibbler. Today, I was lucky enough to have Petco employee "Connor" notice I needed help and came to my rescue. After quite a bit of discussion, he read labels, did some research, and made a couple recommendations of refrigerated fresh cat food. I am happy to say that I mixed it with the current canned food, and he LOVED IT!

My puppy just finished the traing. Deanna was a delight as the instructor for these classes. The staff is always pleasant. I also use petco for my puppy Annabelle and am always satisfied.

animal treatment is just awful. they regularly keep snakes together in tiny enclosures which should never happen. 20+ mice in a cage, 10+ ferrets in a similarly sized cage. at least ferrets are meant to live in groups. the employees never seem to know anything about pet care, especially small animals or reptiles; which makes sense because if you did how could you work here?
its horrific, cant even come here for dog toys because it just brings your morale down so much.
yes, chain pet stores are all like this to an extent but even petsmart is nothing like this.

Just looking around. No offer of assistance at all while in there. Place was clean, a bit unorganized. Prices on animals was outrageous! Best get a stuffed animal than deal with these prices.

Overall the better store for pet products in the area. I wish they weren't out of stock a lot, but it is what it is. Staff are always very warm, professional, and helpful.

It was good however I wasn’t able to order my dog food in the store due to weak internet signals.. the clerk assisted me and waited for the order to populate.

I have 3 pups and I take them all to Petco for their grooming needs. They are treated with respect and dignity as aMember of my family. I reserve all their appointments with Karen she is the best but the entire staff are extremely helpful, friendly and are well trained groomers.
