I dont know much about their services, but they definitely overcharge. I went here because my check engine light was on, overcharged for the diagnostic, but I didn't know at the time. Told me the problem was bad sparkplugs, and said it would be 175 labor, 130 just for the parts! The plugs for my car can be bought 40-60$, and are a very easy fix that pretty much anyone who understands a wrench can do. All in all, I obviously didn't get much done by them, but I suggest you stay away.

Despite the fact that my boyfriend had to reschedule our alignment 3 times because my car was being a pain in the neck to get to the shop.. They were so accommodating, did the alignment, as well as fixed my abs sensor, and checked my Jeep to make sure it was safe to drive on the way to Ocean City last minute. Thanks to you guys my Jeep dominated at Jeep Week this weekend. I can’t thank you guys enough. As well as Goodyear for making the best tires (Duratracs). I’ve had them almost 3 years (August) and put about 20k miles on them and they still look almost brand new. They haven’t failed me yet. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I unfortunately got a flat tire and was in need of replacing ASAP and my dad referred me to Wilson’s. I reached out, and they were able to take me in the next day and replace my tire the same day I came in! They are super responsive, honest, and welcoming what more can you ask for! I was very satisfied and felt at ease assuring I will be coming back in the future, and it’s a plus the shop is right in my area. Thank you!

Have gotten good service from these guys. It's always nice when a mechanic recommends against work being done. They could have done it and charged for it and we would have no way of knowing it wasn't necessary. We trust them.

The company I work for (Premier ponds) always uses this shop for our Silverados. They take care of everything without issue. If you have a big heavy vehicle they can take care of it. Today they took care of the nail in my tire faster than ever. The staff and mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I love that I have a shop I can go to and not worry about anything. Whenever I have an issue I know they will take care of me and they always do.

My husband and I will be moving soon out of state. One of my few regrets about that move is that I can't take Burtonsville's Wilson Tire & Auto Service with me. I've been here seven years and during that time, the guys at Wilson's Goodyear have been kind, honest and reliable and they do great work. Communication is stellar--timely and clear. I've never felt that I was being pushed to do any service and I was always given options along with knowledge about what the consequences of each option could be. But no pressure. As a middle aged woman who is handing my car issues myself, I have been hoodwinked a couple of times by mechanics in other places. But I trust the guys at Wilson in Burtonsville completely. Thank you, gentlemen! I will miss you. Anyone want to move to Texas with us? :-)

These guys were super!! I can't say enough good things about the communication, the service, the prices and the turnaround time. Top notch A++ After waiting over a week, for my insurance company to JUST get me an estimate for my tire and rim replacements from their in-network service provider, Wilson got me quote (and it was less then the insurance companies source) within hours, I was back up and running in 2 days. Thanks a bunch guys, I hope I don't need to see you too often, but it's wonderful to know that great service is still out there when you do need it!!
