“FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before. Their shop being co-located with Wraps on Whips was very helpful in that I could take the car into one place to get a spoiler installed by FX Collision and the stripes installed by Wraps on Whips at the same time.”

“11/20/2023- Online review postings are typically a great indicator when searching a business quality and reputation. As such, I feel the need to leave my personal experience so others can benefit as I did. I own a 2007 G35S Infiniti & have had it for many years. Unfortunately, the car took a plunge over a tractor trailer tire left in the middle of I-495 & wiped bumper and other underneath plates from the car. It's hard to summarize, but engine light came on, broken parts & wires hung loose. Short story, Naz auto-shop did and AMAZING body work, paint and replaced broken parts. My car looks brand new and runs like a charm! Never taking my vehicle anywhere else. A big thank you to Naz and the entire team!!!”

“I wish I had before picture but I'll try to describe the "before" state of the vehicle as best as possible. My fiance and I brought in my F-I-L's vehicle, a 2013 Honda Pilot. There was sun damage to the roof's paint and front driver fender/bumper damage. An eye soar definitely, The fender/bumper looked like a crumpled piece of paper covered in speckled rust . ? Out of the many estimates we gathered we remembered a family friend used this company's service before on multiple cars in the past.We figured we would at least get an estimate, compare pricing from neighboring Autobody shops, and go from there. Little did we know, how smooth and trouble-free this process would be. From the moment we stepped in the door we recieved EXCELLENT SERVICE. The gentleman that aided our pleasant experience was Jeff. We recieved a spot on estimate of when the vehicle would be completed, which made for scheduling and returning our rental stress free. This is just one instance of how well this company's communication is, not only with customers but as a unit themselves.Upon picking up the vehicle, I was and still am in awe over the perfection Springfield Auto Body accomplished. The saying, "You get what you pay for" is merely an understatement as this company is priceless in the ethics and professionalism they exude. Jeff let me know that the paint was difficult to match and gave me a 1-2 ounce bottle of paint with directions on how to apply it. “Staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and smells good. The bathroom was really clean and I dont like to use public restrooms, especially in a repair shop. I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in without an appointment just to inquire about their availability for a repair. They didn't hesitate to assist me and were able to get me scheduled for a drop-off a week later. They contacted me prior to drop-off to let me know the parts were received. I got my Tesla back in a week. Overall, a great experience.”

My quote was honest and was about $150 to $200 lower than 2 other estimates. I am so glad I went there. The color match was perfect, fit and finish was perfect. Bad things happen in life; but a good honest crew like Auto-Star made me feel like I was in good hands. Auto-Star is now my go-to place for any bodywork and paint. They really made me feel at home. Lastly. The estimate was including tax and shop fees and whatever else other places feel like charging people. It was an easy win for all. Thanks Mike and everybody else. One more thing. Turnaround time was 4 days. Not 4 weeks and my car was washed. Awesome!”

“I ABSOLUTELY hate anything that deals with cars! I don't even like putting gas in the thing...that said, I was way overdue for an oil change (like waaaay....it was haunting me in my dreams that the engine was going to lock)..AND I first started hearing my brakes squeal like 4 months ago (possibly a little grind here and there)....so for the main reason that I hate car maintenance is because they (mechanics) always try to get over on me! And I had put things off so long that I like HAD to go and face the music. US Auto Center's advertisement fell out of the heavens and landed before my eyes! It was either a sign from the car gods or nosey Google putting the ad on my Facebook timeline because I had been looking for a new auto shop (I don't like going to places where I feel ripped off, so every time I need my car serviced...I search for a new joint). Anyway, I took my car to US Auto Center and by my surprise..wait...first...they had some jams on the stereo....but they gave me a comforting vibe that they weren't tryna hit me over the head with a list of things that "needed to be done in order for my car to ever work again." Everything that I went in for was all that "needed" to be done....and was ALL I paid for. I was happy, my ride was happy....no more backing that thing up with the extremely loud and embarrassing noises...AND no more nightmares about my engine locking up....the prices were fair and I'm absolutely grateful to have found an auto shop that I will frequent for all and every bit of car stuff that me and my car needs!”
