They were given a budget to get my scooter running, came in under budget, and did a few extra things to spruce it up. It runs better than ever and Tim even showed me the vacuum hose that was the main problem, in addition to other stuff that led to a no start.
They were only 15 mile from home, so geico covered the tow 100%. Merritt powersports would have been a further ride, but I was willing to take a chance on a new shop.
Tim and the other guy are very funny guys. They answer the phone promptly and I never had to leave a message or hope for a call back. 11/10.

One of the best auto repair experiences I've ever had. First off having a local feel was a green flag for me. Quick turn around time great customer service. Adding on this they fixed several minor issue that I was not aware of for free and my moped has never run better.
I normally am hesitant to use mechanics as do a lot of service on my own but i haven't had a weekend to look at it. Could not recommend them enough.
I will only use these guys moving forward and will be sending any referral to this shop as long as I'm in the area

Outstanding customer Service. Great knowledge of scooters and bikes. Sells quality bikes as well. We tried to call Mr. Fix It and he wouldn't even return our call. Then we found this shop and called them. He told us to bring it down. It was easy parking, easy to find and him and his helpers, helped us get it out of the truck. It was a Tank 200 and he did an amazing job and in less than 3 hours, the bike was built and drivable. I can't say enough good about this place. If you have a scooter that's totally disassembled or just need work done, take it to Dorsch's Scooter Shop. You won't be disappointed. The work was done very inexpensively as well!

I went there and had them work on my Eagle 150 and rolled out of there feeling like I was riding a brand new bike. Also I learned a few things while I sat and conversed with Mr.Dorsch.

Rude owner. Weak service. Only works on Chinese mass produced bikes, that don’t last more than a few months to a year. Owner knows that for repeated service. If you have an Italian made bike like a Vespa, go elsewhere

Great place to go to service your Scooter or small engine bike. 4 stroke engines only. Mr. Jerry has been here since I was a teenager growing up on Brooklyn Park. Knowledgeable and fair prices.
