Such an easy process getting passports for our family. Staff consistently courteous to everyone who came in. Michael and his team deserve a special shout out!

Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. The people here should be ashamed of themselves. We were refused service during posted business hours.

This once was a great, customer service oriented facility, until Postmaster Zaw Htut arrived. In a nutshell, no two customers will receive the same, helpful experience, based on their race. Yes, race. While I routinely attempted to obtain MY mail, Htut was dismissive and told me to pick it up the next morning. While I was being "dis-serviced" by him, a Caucasian family in line next to me received the utmost, quality customer service from their respective postal employee. Htut's obvious bias is evident, because (as it goes without saying, I'm African American), why reject a simple query that should be met without any impasse? At first, he claimed the post office wasn't allowed to release a customer's mail/packages until the next business day, but I corrected his obvious misinformation and told him in 23 years of living in this community, this was the only time I've been told this. I've probably intercepted my mail over 200 times during this span, but again, this biased individual must have thought I was so ignorant, I'd believe him, then leave. Long story short, I called another post office to ask them if I could pick up my mail there if I showed proof, through ID and/or tracking number, and they affirmed it would be no problem, as long as I come during business hours. When I presented this information to the biased Mr. Htut, coupled with my promise to expose his level of disrespect on Twitter and possibly a news outlet, he released my package after showing my proper credentials. Please, if you ever experience a comparable situation here, simply expose him publicly. There's no need for miscreants like him in government.

A busy time of the year with a long line and just 1 person working and working is a stretch since he looked as if he was trying to go as slow as possible. One man said he could wait to go back to get his package because of the long line and he said oh well with a shrug and went out back never to return. We waited and waited and finally I left because who takes a break while there is a line of customers without saying anything to anyone. The post office really hires some winners!! Good job USPS!!
