Millie looks GREAT and everyone that worked there treated her extremely well. She wasn’t terrified when I picked her up, she was actually very happy (which isn’t usually the case when I have brought her to other places). “Great place, excellent staff and lots of options to keep your pet entertained. For food that isn't available, it can be ordered but give yourself a few extra weeks just in case things are on back order. Special shoutout to Terry who actually called me because she remembered I wanted something months ago that was out of stock that suddenly came in. It's folks like her that makes the experience enjoyable. Staff has taken time out of their day to look for things for me, with VERY limited information given to them (like me saying things like "It was in a ... plastic container? There were colors on it? I think was grain free? Definite, definitely cat food."). Their return policy is incredibly forgiving, and so long as you get your receipts in electronic form, they will take back food that's less than 30 days old and in their original container. It's almost like they know that pets are finicky little creatures.”

They offer the greatest advice, cater to your needs, and even gave veterinarian recommendations for my sweet cat Luna. When saying I was a college student, an employee immediately understood my financial circumstances and gave me the most affordable prices. Definitely will be going here for many years to come.”
“A big thank you to Leighann who trained our 8 month mixed rescue, Remy, over a three week day program. We had been through another local dog training class with minimal improvement. Leighann was knowledgeable, patient and light-hearted as she guided both Remy (and us humans) in proper leash walking, sit, down, stay and come commands. Remy's behavior has improved dramatically with her skilled instruction. From the first week, we saw how excited Remy was to see Leighann each day which is a testament to her love of dogs and her style of training. We know how to advocate for Remy and while he is still growing and learning; he is a confident, well-mannered, happy pup. One that our friends and family enjoyed being with over the holidays.”
“So my Aspengirl and I have a regular habit of walking down here Friday afternoons and getting her a treat. While their treat assortment is always amazing - and staff are always so loving to my 50/50 girl (half the time she's nice to other dogs in the store, half the time she's not havin' it) - our favorite experience is how they helped fit her recently for a new sweater. Between how kind they were to her as they measured her, showed me how to get her into and out of her sweater, and kept me posted on when the right size would be coming in, it was an all around fantastic experience. And my little girl looks beautiful in her new sweater - and she loves putting it on now! (She hates every other sweater I've gotten her)”

“Excellent selection of craft beer and good wine selection as well. Shop is local, convenient and crowded with selection. Stopped in for beer and left with 3 six packs of local craft beer I had not yet tried and a Belgian as well. Throw in a pretty good bottle of wine and I was set. There was also a wine tasting/sampling when I was there. I will be back.”
“Ms. KEYONNA - The master stylist and Groomer is sooooo good with the fur babies as it pertains to the grooming and care as well as the styling. I have been with her for almost 10 ears and she just really cares greatly for these fur babies and her work displays it.”

“This is a really good place for self-service dog wash. They have 6 tubs in the self-service wash area, and they can accommodate really large dogs. They provide shampoo, towels, dryers, washing and deshedding brushes, ear cleaner, and doggy cologne. They also have full service grooming rooms, but I have never used that service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the staff. Some staff are super polite and professional, and others lack customer service skills completely.”

“We have brought my dog a lot of places and were always unsatisfied. We started going to Chichie's about 2 years ago and have NEVER had a bad experience. She is always cut well, washed, fully dried, and nails are always cut. The owner is super sweet and knows my dog by name. Though she is a rescue with a lot of anxiety (and can be difficult/lazy) they always are understanding and patient.”
“So I don't know where to begin. Great atmosphere and helpful people. I especially enjoyed their taste test but the pufferfish was a little weird. Can't wait to go back and sign up for another taste test when platypus is in season!”

“I am so pleased with this company. First of all, the products really work! I have two senior dogs - both around 11 - 12. Harry has spinal arthritis, and while Rosie doesn’t have any diagnosed issues, she was still moving around fairly stiffly. After using Restorapet faithfully every morning for a few weeks, I noticed that Rosie was romping and running around on our daily walks. I am calling her “my young pup!” Harry is feeling so much better now he actually jumped onto the bed the other evening, toasting the stairs I got for them both!!! It’s amazing. I have to admit I was skeptical about the results I would get when I ordered, but I wanted to try something for my loves and was looking for vitamins and supplements for them. I am a believer now, because the results don’t lie! I didn’t mention my puppy, Stella. She started Restorapet when she was 4 months old, and I hope that it’s regular use will prevent her developing something like arthritis in her old age.”
