After my 1st visit, I was hooked. I have had car washes and full details, as well as purchased air fresheners, sprays, body butters, ect. The Owner and the staff are very professional as well as very accommodating. It is a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere if you choose to wait for your vehicle and if you need to leave your vehicle, they even offer drop off and pick up services for the customers. I am so grateful that I have actually found a business that takes pride in what they do and provides superb customer service. I am definitely a forever customer!

They do a good job of cleaning your car especially if you are particular about getting a hand wash vs a drive through wash. I took stars off because the way the owner runs the business is horrible. The owner tells each patron something different to get their business and then when he’s asked to make good on his word he treats you as if he’s doing you a favor, when he’s the one who offered in the first place. When I got my car washed it was $50, one day I sent my husband to get his done and he tried to charge him $55. He also provides a $250 detail the first time I got it done he said it was $250 and it came with 4 free washes he said he even provides car service to your home so you don’t have to wait at the shop because the detail is longer. To his credit the first time he honored his add ons. And just to be clear his car service is him taking you home in his personal car which was very uncomfortable but I let it go. This second time I purchased the $250 detail has been way different. I called in advance to see if his car service was available because I had a newborn waiting for me at home and my 3 year old with me, he said yes. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make it that day so I went the next day, when I got there and inquired about the car service he looked annoyed and said “that was yesterday, you gotta call in advance for that”, ok cool my bad for assuming the car service was available everyday, we got a Lyft and kept it moving. Today I went in to get one of my free washes and as I’m leaving he’s like “it’ll be $60” I told him I was using one of my washes and he says “oh that’s only available Monday-Thursday” he’s never told me that a day in my life if he had I would’ve followed his directions, I gave him $20 and kept it moving. Sadly today will be my last day going to Mo. It’s very uncomfortable going in knowing I have to explain myself or feel like I’m begging for something that I paid for. It’s not worth it. So if you do go, take everything offered with a grain of salt and if possible ask for a receipt with the information in writing. They do great work but this is a black owned business and it’s definitely ran like one iykyk.

They do a great job at cleaning your car, however my experience wasn’t the best. Make sure to read the prices and services BEFORE they take your car so you are aware of what you’re paying for. My car stays fairly clean as I have no kids, no pets, and do not eat in my car and it took 3 hours for detailing. I made an appointment and two other patrons came and left before me. I received “3 free washes” as a conflict resolution but the owner ignored me when I reached out to use one. (I wasn’t surprised) overall even though the car wash is good, I wouldn’t go back because of the poor service and I shouldn’t make an appointment then be questioned “if I have something to do” when I had been waiting for 3 hours.

John worked on my car for 12hrs. He found an issue within the first hour and let me know how he intended to fix it. It did add an additional charge and time to my full detail but it was well worth it. The receptionist was friendly, informative, and patient. She also called in the evening, past closing time, to ensure that John got the credit he deserved and to make sure I was happy with their service. I called the number on the business card to check on medication that was left behind and was greeted BY NAME. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I've literally never had a detail done professionally before and he restored the car as if I had just bought it. I know I got a great deal on this service and I will be returning in the future to Mo/John with other vehicles and a better appreciation for how much work goes into it.

Good on what they did but it doesn't look like they cleaned the back seats or the steering wheel. Attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. I didn't realize what they missed until after I left.

Good customer service. I have been looking for some place to get a handwash car wash. So I called mo beta shine to wash my wife's car. And got her in and out within a hour or so.

Impeccable customer service. We had Mo do a complete interior detail to a rental Tahoe that reeked with a cannabis spell. Needless to say no more cannabis smell in the vehicle, and the inside and outside was amazing.

Not only did they remove all the dirt and grime from my car, but they also paid attention to detail, ensuring that every nook and cranny was spotless. Don’t sleep on Moe, his craft is amazing very detailed about every aspect of your vehicle. His services were professional and customer friendly. The prices were reasonable for the excellent service we received. He was able to take us as a short notice and we walked away well satisfied. Fully recommend this company.
