I am so happy that my husband and I selected to work with Kevin at Fairway to secure financing for our first home. I chose Fairway because they have a near-perfect rating on the Better Business Bureau, and those hundreds of other reviewers were right. Fairway made the homebuying process so easy. Kevin is professional and fun to work with. He took time for detailed discussions about each financing option and was incredibly responsive during the homebuying process. Kevin communicated regularly throughout the process and was readily available for questions and concerns. He helped me pick the right mortgage for me and found first-time homebuyer programs/grants to save me even more than expected. With much of the signing and document sharing done through the app and DocuSign, my in-person settlement took about 15 minutes. I highly recommend Kevin Ferguson at Fairway.

Kevin was great to work with. When I had questions or wanted more details he shared information, explained where and how line items were generated, and helped me understand the loan process as a whole. As a 1st time homebuyer this helped me feel more comfortable with the process and more confident about where my money was going. I highly recommend him and will 100% use him again when I purchase another home.
