The visit was fine. I was able to get an additional Simpatico Trio tablet for September since we will be on vacation. However, you need to sharpen or get a new nail trimmer because Tinker Bells claws are very rough and are scratching my arms.

I'm a first time dog owner...at my big age lol. This experience has all been very new to me and going about the care for my baby girl (toy poodle) the right way has been my top priority. Came across Belair and took a chance and I'm so glad I did. The staff up front is always friendly. The doctor/nurses are sweet and make sure to educate me so I'm making choices that are best for my baby girl's health and safety (vaccinations/meds, etc). They give me sooo much info ( I've had a million and one questions.) They seem gentle and patient with my pup and with the other animals I saw coming in. We will be with them as long as we live in the area:)

This was one of my most favorite visit. The doctor and her assistant( vida) were so attentive to my dog and his needs . Special care with their hands on instructions to me to help them with my big guy. Well Done everyone and Thank You.

Dr. even called me at 8:35pm with normal results.
7/22/24. Same day appointment for shots for the cat. Excellent service and our savage cat was managed perfectly. No trophies on the cat carrier and an uninjured owner this time. Cost reasonable too. Thank you.

No wait time. Dr. Beringer was very patient with us and our older stray cat, Papa. We asked a lot of questions about his multiple issues, and she gave us straight answers and good advice.

The staff and doctors are great. Almost always friendly and patient.
A concern I have is the significant increase in cost for a routine visit and vaccinations.
There could be a more happy middle ground between what can be charged and what’s fair to pet owners and loyal patrons.
