I contacted the company to assist with fixing my glass, which a man by the name Francis came to fix it. I requested a receipt with the beforehand and after job picture on it for insurance purposes. The man requested a payment in zelle or cash. I paid with zelle, but they refused to provide a receipt. I texted and called their number several times, and they wouldn't pick or respond to text. I tried calling them with my second phone, which they picked up. I requested the receipt, and they requested i send $12 for it, which is I don't even mind paying but I needed to see the receipt before payment. I was told they will send me their office address and I can come get it. Till now i still haven't received it. If your repair requires documentation, please find another company to use.

Fast Auto Glass was able to replace my glass on the same day on a weekend, the day before Christmas! Most companies will give you the run around about getting the replacement in a few days, item not in stock, appointment not available etc. Fast Auto Glass is a life saver.

They are irresponsible. They changed my windshield or windshield and left it liquid. Now they say they don't respond that I have to pay them elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.THEY ARE SWIGS

Great fast service with good communication, would recommend. The only issue I have with the service I received is that once my window service was completed & my inside door frame was put back on my car my door was not able to open from the inside so that was a inconvenience.

On 5/19/23 my driver door window fell and wouldn’t go back up. I called David on 5/20/23 and he came that morning and repaired my window and my window motor.I was grateful for the quick service and I was going out town that day. Any window repairs I need, David will definitely get a call.
