We worked with Nick Preston and Mila Beca and we highly recommend them! They are professional and very customer focused, meaning that they want what is best for the customer, provide expert advise, and quickly respond to any questions or issues. Reico's pricing for the cabinets was competitive and the cabinets are of high quality.We chose to have our own contractor install our kitchen and Nick Preston was very cooperative and work extremely well with our contractor. He was willing to participate in several collaborative meetings to make sure everything went according to plan.Our kitchen is beautiful, useable, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Nick Preston and Mila Beca!

Reico in Bethesda, made my Sept 2022 renovation even more stressful than it needed to be. Even though I told them face 2 face and gave them paperwork to sign for my Chevy Chase High Rise condo (need licenses to work in building), they failed to provide a licensed home contractor, plumber & electrician SO they informed me after 5 weeks of telling me it could all be done. Mr. Preston gave me a small discount on kitchen cabinets I had purchased to install AFTER i found my own licensed contractor, but I lost thousands of dollars in significant time delays & rent. I had to start ALL over Then, Kim & Nick stonewalled me and they tried to blame ME the customer---saying my condo requirement for licensed contractors to start construction was not something they were used too? WHAT??? wink wink nod nod I will say the kitchen cabinets are nice products. But Reico did not own their errors, and their "recovery" process was very disappointing and expensive for me. Their salesperson Evan, was very helpful. Local Leadership--problem solving skills, not so much. I would not work with them again, given my experience.

The first call started out great with Evan. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know in what seemed like a no brainer to me. He met with us to go over our kitchen upgrade. I heard from him the following week regarding tile selection. He said I would hear back on the following Wednesday with a proposal for our kitchen. Nothing. I called twice, emailed twice since November 29th, NOT A WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we are closing on our new home in a few days and were excited to get things started with our kitchen. NO RETURN CALL, NO EMAIL. NOT A DARN WORD. We wasted all this time when we could have easily met with other contractors. I suppose customer service is a thing of the past. A customer service course should be a requirement in college or starting any new job.

A few weeks back my wife and I met with Amy Brookhart in Bethesda who helped us select cabinets and countertops for a house up in NY. We had our young son with us, and she was acting more as a consultant to us since this house was not in MD. They had a cabinet style and color we needed to see in person and she was a lifesaver. As a result , I will always recommend her to anyone else in the area..even though we are moving away. She is fantastic!

We worked with Daniel and Mila from Reico Bethesda and cannot recommend them highly enough. They both did an outstanding job with the design of our new kitchen, completely redoing the space with excellent quality cabinetry, appliances, and countertops. They were both extremely responsive throughout the whole process and clearly worked in our best interest both in terms of design/functionality (listening to our feedback to meet our specific needs) and our budget. They took the time to do a thorough job during the design phase (measuring and remeasuring) and delivered a final product that fit in our space like a glove.Only sad part of seeing this remodel project come to an end is no longer having to work with them!THANK YOU, Daniel and Mila, for your unbeatable customer service and excellent taste!Service: Remodelling

We hired REICO to remodel our kitchen. Daniel did a superb job redesigning the cabinets to be more useful, helping us find the right appliances and was always a delight to work with! Mila was a terrific help with logistics and choosing colors. The contractors were very careful, on time and especially respectful of our health and safety during this pandemic. We would happily use REICO again. We are really enjoying the beautiful kitchen they crafted!

I strongly encourage you to purchase your cabinets elsewhere. Reico does not stand by its product and their customer service falls off the cliff once they receive your payment. There was MAJOR quality control issues with the cabinets that Reico did not acknowledge the problems immediately and when they did they tried to remove themselves from the remediation process. Reico also refused to recognize their own inspectors conclusion that there were significant product defaults. The inspector stated "these cabinets should have never left the industry." On top of all this, Reico failed to disclose that the product line they sold me where discontinued and unable to replace or service. Don't waste your time or money with Reico. Please note -- Pictures reflect every door and cabinet box.

LindaRose Payne was super helpful. She made great suggestions, was very patient, and helped more than you can believe with the countertop supplier. I can only recommend her! The Masterpiee Cabinets she suggested held up great for over a year and a half. They are sturdy, easy to clean, and look good. The cabinets have minor visual issues. See the pics below. To avoid those, you may need to go with top-end European suppliers and spend about 6 times as much. Not sure that would make me a better cook! Reico's price was very competitive. I compared them to 3 other suppliers and Ikea. Overall, they had a better price-performance ratio and you get to work with LindaRose!
